Perched by the coast in Abersoch, Gwynedd is this fabulous, holiday home of 268 Cae Due.

This contemporary property can accommodate a family of six and is moments away from the Llyn Peninsula's beautiful beaches while still being accessible to the mainland's attractions!

Upon entering, you'll discover three of the well-presented bedrooms on the ground floor, the first of which is a double with a TV, integrated DVD player, and Playstation, as well as two twins with spacious storage and vanity facilities; all of the bedrooms on this floor have hairdryers.

A cloakroom/utility is nearby, and due to the washing machine and tumble dryer, you can easily keep your holiday clothing fresh during your self-catering stay.

The family bathroom, which is located on this floor, offers a bath as well as a separate walk-in shower, giving you plenty of options for getting ready.

When it comes to spending quality time with family and friends, the first floor features two wonderful living areas, the first being a well-equipped kitchen/diner, where the group's chef will have a blast rustling up culinary delights with the abundance of integrated appliances, and mornings will be filled with the delicious aroma from the coffee machine!

These delectable meals can be savoured at either the kitchen's four-seater table or the living/dining room's six-seater wooden dining table.

The living/dining room has been designed with unwinding in mind and offers plenty of cushioned sofas and a large TV for you to enjoy!

Be sure to make the most of the balcony, where you can enjoy grilled delights from the barbecue during the summertime.

Explore your surroundings by going to the high street and sampling local cuisine at one of the numerous restaurants, or shopping for souvenirs at one of the many independent stores.

Abersoch is also home to a number of lovely attractions, including two beautiful beaches with a variety of watersports and an award-winning golf club!

The Llyn Coastal Path leads to Llanbedrog, a lovely village with its own beach and a fantastic hiking area, as well as the renowned Plas Glyn Weddw Gallery, which offers fascinating tours.

Pwllheli isn't far away and has a great selection of restaurants, including Caffi Largo, alongside a marina with a sailing event area and a large stretch of sandy beach.

If you're into surfing, make sure to check out Hells Mouth Beach; if you prefer hiking, be sure to explore Mynydd Mawr, with its ample birdwatching opportunities.

ABERSOCH

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
