The property

Cromlin Glas is a stylish end-terrace cottage located in Abersoch's picturesque hamlet.

The three-story reverse-level property has sea views of the St Tudwals islands and Abersoch, making it a wonderful place for a family of eight to stay in.

Climb the steps to the living/dining room which has dual-aspect windows that let in plenty of natural light, as well as ample sumptuous seating for you and your family to relax on while watching your favourite Netflix programme or Prime movie on the Smart TV; the space also has amazing Sonos speakers for added enjoyment.

Explore the impressive kitchen, which features high-gloss surfaces and cabinets as well as top-quality appliances from Neff to Bosch that are integrated to give the room a sleek look.

After the designated chef has prepared a delicious meal with these appliances, enjoy it at the spacious breakfast bar or the stylish dining table next door.

After dinner, spend some quality time with your party in the snug or outside on the balcony with a glass of wine.  The bedrooms on the ground floor include a welcoming king-size room with generous storage and an en-suite shower room, a double room with direct access to the garden, and a twin room that is ideal for the kids of the group; the bedrooms share access to a family bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower.

Those looking for a little more solitude should take the stairs to the second floor, where they will discover an outstanding super-king-size bedroom with excellent décor and an en-suite walk-in shower.

The yard of the property is a wonderful place to relax, with a wide corner sofa on the decking and patio areas with a nearby BBQ.

Cromlin Glas is in a great position, with amenities situated less than a mile away; a leisurely walk will take you past the convenience store and into the village centre, where you'll find plenty of bars, cafés, and local stores.

Abersoch not only has facilities, but also a variety of excellent seaside activities such as sailing and surfing, as well as relaxing on Abersoch Main Beach and Harbour Beach, as well as a large coastal golf course.

Abersoch's golf club leads to Machroes Beach, as well as thelittletearooms @ Mickey's Boatyard and the Llyn Coastal Path.

The legendary Hells Mouth beach, located west of Abersoch, is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun and sand before heading to Plas Yn Rhiw for a outing immersed in history.

There's a wealth of things to see and do in this region, from Pwllheli and Llanbedrog to Uchwmynydd and Aberdaron; make sure to venture a little farther out, either by foot or by vehicle, to see additional coastal communities and the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park.

Choose Cromlin Glas, a fantastic base for your next Abersoch adventure!

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.

Note: The back garden is not fully enclosed.
Note: there is now a gate at the side of the property.
Please note - During Nov 23 and March 24 the garden will be undergoing some renovation work, it will still be accesible during your stay. Please call should you require any further information.
