    “We spent a week at TY Hen , Tina, Neil and Tina’s mum were lovely and very helpful.”

    The house and the gardens were perfect we have never stayed in somewhere so clean and beautiful . We relaxed and visited some of the local beaches and ate a beautiful meal at the local restaurant .

Ty Hen rests on four acres of property near the owner's house in North Wales, and benefits from a stylish interior with all convenience and easy access to the local amenities, making it a superb base for a group or family of six.

Leave your car in the spacious driveway before unloading your bags with ease and stepping into Ty Hen to begin your North Wales adventure.

There is a marble island and range oven in the spacious kitchen, as well as Smart windows, and a panel on the fridge/freezer to operate the Velux window.

After preparing a delicious home-cooked meal, settle around the dining table for four to enjoy, as the woodburning stove gently warms the space.

Take advantage of the warmer weather and dine out in the large grounds at one of two outdoor spaces, both of which overlook a fenced pond stocked with over 200 fish; an exquisite location for any meal!

The living/dining room is the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring the coast, with a dining table that seats six people, sumptuous three-seater sofas, a second woodburning stove, and a Smart TV, perfect for movie nights with loved ones.

Finishing the ground floor is a handy cloakroom, ideal for avoiding those morning queues!

Wash away the day with a refreshing shower, before catching your rest in one of three elegantly decorated king-size bedrooms.

If you can tear yourself away from this gorgeous abode, explore the local area where you will find the Ship Inn, serving home-cooked meals and local ales.

Morfa Nefyn is a great place to visit if you're looking for a wider range of attractions and amenities, including the Nefyn Golf Club, the Traeth Morfyn beach, and the family-friendly The Cliffs restaurant.

Those seeking sea views while dining should take a trip to Porthdinllaen, which has its own beautiful beach and the beachside pub of Ty Coch Inn.

Visit Pwhelli, where you can stroll the marina with fresh fish and chips, spend the day at the beach, or play golf at one of North Wales' most renowned courses, Pwhelli Golf Club.

Try your hand at wakeboarding and surfing in Abersoch, or head to the mediaeval town of Criccieth, where you'll be able to see the majestic Castell Criccieth and savour your catch of the day at Eisteddfa Fishery and Café.

There are many popular destinations nearby, including Porthmadog and Portmeirion, an Italianate-style village.

The pretty coastal village of Morfa Nefyn sits atop sweeping cliffs on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, and features a fine two-mile stretch of sandy beach, popular with families. Morfa Nefyn, has a garage, a wonderful village shop with a cafe, two pubs and restaurants. The nearby town of Nefyn also offers a selection of shops, post office, pubs and restaurants, and both are within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli, Abersoch and the charming village of Boduan. The coastline around this region is dotted with castles and coves, while fishing, sailing and watersports are all available. The Snowdonia National Park is 25 miles away, with its dramatic scenery and superb walks, and many outdoor activity centers for the more energetic visitors. Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches, cliffs, and wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore. The Llyn Peninsula is itself renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking, and features a 91 mile long section of the Welsh Coastal Path that extends from nearby Porthmadog all the way around the peninsula to Caernarfon on the north coast. Also within easy reach are Portmeirion, the Isle of Anglesey, Caernarfon and Bangor. With its proximity to such a wide range of destinations, Morfa Nefyn makes a superb base for a break.
