    “We always do family cottage type holidays and we found this house to be the best we have stayed in, the house was immaculate on arrival and was very spacious, the upside down living was superb for the sea and country views.”

The property

Pentre Bach, an outstanding detached property, is located on the southern outskirts of the lovely community of Abersoch, only a short walk to the village and the beach.

This is an excellent base for a coastal vacation for a family of eight, with reverse-level accommodations and gorgeous décor.

When you arrive at the house, go upstairs to find a stunning open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with natural light, and stylish furnishings throughout.

The sitting space is built for relaxation, with a wide range of plush seats positioned beneath the pretty skylights, where you can relax while admiring the sea views and watching your favourite show on the FreeSat TV.

Continue on to a stunning kitchen with sleek grey fittings, an array of NEFF equipment, and a trendy breakfast bar that doubles as a terrific socialising spot.

The minimalist dining table is nearby and is a perfect place to soak in the spectacular view while dining with your loved ones; the room opens out to an infinity balcony where you can unwind under the stars with a glass of wine.

Before going to bed, wash any sandy clothes in the utility room's washing machine, then rest your head in one of four ground-floor bedrooms.

The first bedroom is a fantastic king-size room with built-in storage, patio doors to the garden, and a modern, en-suite shower room, where you can unwind with a refreshing rinse in the walk-in shower after a day of adventures.

Another king-size is located further down the corridor, and it is zip/linked to accommodate your sleeping arrangements while also providing access to the garden.

The double is close by and has a huge built-in closet and shelving.

The bunk room will please the group's younger members, as it has a vanity so they can easily get ready for the day.

The bathrooms complete the ground floor, with the first being a well-presented bathroom with a separate bath and walk-in shower, and the second being a magnificent shower room with a walk-in shower; both bathrooms have heated towel rails, so you can wrap up warm after a soak.

With a porcelain patio, astro-turf, and pretty plants bordering its boundaries, the back garden is a beautiful enclosed area.

The quaint village of Llanengan is nearby, where you can take a stroll through the Llanengan Hillfort, which contains remains of the Lead Mine, before stopping for lunch at The Sun Inn and wandering down to Hells Mouth Beach for more sunshine and sandcastles.

Take the Llŷn Coastal Path to Llanbedrog, where you can hike through the heathland of Llanbedrog to the elevated viewpoint, which offers panoramic views of the sea and distant St Tudwals Islands, before treating yourself to a well-deserved meal at the Aqua Beach Restaurant and relaxing on Llanbedrog Beach.

Continue east on the coastal walk to visit the charming towns of Pwllheli and Criccieth, or head west to find Rhiw, Aberdaron, and Porthdinllaen, all of which are picture-perfect.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
