“Where do i start with this review?”

Hosts - You couldn't ask for any better! So friendly and welcoming. Checking that you have everything you need, if everything is ok, if you've had a good day out - they are literally a few steps away should you need anything! Michelle is just fantastic! Property - is just BEAUTIFUL! Has everything you could possibly need. From blankets and treats for the dogs to a sewing kit in case you rip your trousers in a rather revealing place :) Everything is labeled letting you know what is in each cupboard etc. The decor is perfect! So stylish and so clean! The fireplace would definitely be cosy on those cold winter nights! Bedrooms are again so stylish and welcoming! My fav spot was the balcony overlooking fields, trees, mountains and the sea in the distance! Unfortunately we wasn't able to use the balcony as much as we wanted due to high winds but you could still take in the view from the lounge window. Property is completely dog friendly! The balcony is completely secure. The parking area is completely secure and there's a little bit of grass that's all secure as well for the doggies to do their business (poo bags are provided at the cabin too) The Cosy Cabin is situated smack in the middle of the Llyn Peninsular - so everywhere, such as Abasoch and Portmerion in within a 30min drive! I could go on and on about this property but i think you need to go and see it for yourselves to truly appreciate it! Michelle - thank you so so much for our amazing stay - we WILL be back! xx

The Cosy Cabin is a wonderful two-bedroom lodge located in the picturesque village of Llanaelhaearn near Trefor, Gwynedd.

An ideal setting in rural North Wales, The Cosy Cabin is ideal for couples or families who want to explore the Snowdonia National Park and its surrounding countryside.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a decked area with plenty of seats, a dining space, and a disposable barbeque, which is ideal for outdoor dining while taking in the stunning countryside views.

Look forward to relaxing in the open-plan living space, which features plush sofas and a wall-mounted TV, a haven to return to after a day of exploring.

Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, ready to enjoy a delicious meal at the dining table for four as you recount the days adventures.

After a day of exploring the Snowdonia National Park and coast, freshen up in the well-appointed shower room, before catching your rest in one of two well-presented bedrooms, both with a stylish décor and plenty of storage.

Drive over to the small village of Trefor, where you can stock up on basics at the convenience store or treat your loved ones to a delicious lunch at the friendly Tafarn Y Twr.

If you're looking for something more challenging, head to the beach where you may take long walks or the well-known Wales Coastal Path.

In Nefyn, you can relax on Traeth Nefyn or explore the history of the area at Amgueddfa Forwrol Llin Maritime Museum, or you can enjoy a pint of local beer in Cwrw Llyn, at the local brewery.

Continue on to Portmeirion, a beautiful Italianate village with quaint shops, an art museum, and a number of excellent restaurants, including Caffi Glas, Town Hall, and No 6 Café Bar.

The Snowdonia National Park, with its magnificent peaks, including the famed Snowdon Peak, Zip World Llechwedd for a day exploring the mines, and the National Trust sites of Craflwyn and Beddgelert, is easily accessible from here.

See Llanberis on your way to the Snowdonia National Park, where you may take a train ride to the famed summit, visit the National Slate Museum, or try your hand at watersports on Llyn Peris.

The small village of Trefor is surrounded by sea and mountains, overlooking Caernarfon Bay, and enjoys a harbour with stone breakwater pier and sheltered sandy beach that the Wales Coastal Path runs past, or the more adventurous can enjoy a regular surf outside the breakwater. The village benefits from a convenience store, Post Office and licensed social club. Nearby, in the village of Llithfaen, are the Welsh Language and Heritage Centre and restaurant. The pretty coastal town of Nefyn lies 7.5 miles away, sitting atop sweeping cliffs, and is home to a fine, two-mile stretch of sandy beach, along with a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and the award-winning golf club is popular with families and couples alike. Trefor is also within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli, Abersoch, Caernarfon, Portmeirion and Bangor.
