“Good Morning, This email is in regard to our stay at Gweld Y Môr.”

We had a great stay and the house was beautiful to say the least, unfortunately we were disappointed on several occasions. On the website advertising this house under the amenities section, there was mention of a barbecue and a hot tub. Unfortunately, neither of these amenities were found on the premises, which is even more disappointing as we would not have chosen this property if these amenities were not promised to us. Furthermore, we appreciate you have a policy regarding damages on the property. Upon our arrival, we inspected the house ourselves as a type of insurance. We found that a handle on your kitchen cabinets was loose and fell off when the cabinet was opened. This was fixed by one of us with our personal tools. The foosball table was also damaged with stiff sticks and broken extension. Several areas in the house were covered in cobwebs which is rather disappointing as most would expect a "freshly cleaned" house to be near spotless. The light fixture in your dining room has sellotape which we can only assume is holding it together. Despite the above, we really did enjoy our stay for the most part. Your cinema room was amazing and we put it to very good use, and the number of bathrooms were very helpful in regard to the number of people we are. As per the complaint of your missing amenities above, I would appreciate to know if we could be receive compensation for your false advertising.

Thank you very much for your feedback, we always appreciate it when we hear from our guests. I am very sorry you have been misinformed. We have never provided a BBQ and we haven't got a Hot Tub. You will need to pick this up with the holiday booking company. I have since found out that 'The guests have booked through Homes2Go. however there is no information on there about a BBQ and a hot tub so it may be the guests just presuming there is one.'
