The property

High Sea View is a warm and inviting detached house in the Conwy village of Llysfaen.

This wonderful property sleeps up to six guests and has a large driveway, a large garden, and everything you need for a self-catering holiday with your loved ones in North Wales, close to the coast and an abundance of attractions." There are stunning sea views from both upstairs and downstairs windows, overlooking the Irish sea with Blue Flag beaches to be found all along the coast.

Wake up over looking beautiful sea views from both the main bedrooms, also enjoy from the large windows in the in Lounge and conservatory.

A high-quality finish can be found throughout your holiday home, which is great for hosting family dinners and commemorating special occasions around the table for six.

The sleek kitchen features industrial-style lighting, a breakfast bar for two, and great utilities that will please any budding chef, including an electric oven and stove, built-in microwave, and American fridge/freezer.

If you're looking for a more tranquil setting, head to the conservatory, which features floral, cushioned seats, where you can curl up with a good book or catch up on emails.

Traeth Pensarn, Manorafon Farm Park, and Gwrych Castle, a Georgian fairy-tale castle as well as being famous for 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here' are all worth a visit for a family-friendly day out in Abergele.

The gorgeous coastal town of Llandudno, located farther along the coast, is a popular destination for typical seaside entertainments along Llandudno Pier, Venue Cymru, and a unique cable car ride with excellent sea views up to St. Tudno's Church.

The National Trust's Bodnant Garden, not far from the walled market town of Conwy, is an 80-acre oasis to spend sunny days, while Snowdonia National Park welcomes adventurers to climb, cycle, and spot local wildlife within spectacular scenery.

The elegant coastal resort of Colwyn Bay has much to offer visitors of all ages, including sandy beaches, a promenade, a large park with a skateboard section, a leisure centre and bowling green, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirias Park, a leisure centre, a theatre/cinema, numerous shops, pubs and restaurants (one on the seafront by the watersports centre, is owned by the celebrity chef, Bryn Williams, who also owns Odette's restaurant in London). Colwyn Bay is an ideal touring base and is close to the many and varied attractions of North Wales and it also benefits from many yearly events, including the Triathlon, the Forties Festival and the Prom Xtra. Set not far away in Llandudno is the Victorian Extravaganza which is also held annually. Virgin Trains travel directly from London Euston to Colwyn Bay and take approximately 2 hours 45 minutes, stopping at Milton Keynes Central, Crewe and Chester.
