“Little Orme Bungalow is home from home.”

Very clean apart from a few cobwebs in bedrooms. Very well thought out especially for the elderly. The garden is lovely to sit in when weather permits. Everything you could possibly need was available. Very quiet location but within easy reach by car to different places around Wales. Anne the owner was very nice and called me before our holiday which was a very nice touch which is just as well because from experience Sykes never contact you back when messages have been left. I would definitely recommend this property to stay for a week or more. Thank You Anne. Lovely.

“This is our second holiday at Little Orme Bungalow - first was in May 2022.”

So pleased when we learned the property was being rented again this year. My husband has difficulty walking so the facilities and bathroom were ideal, including the higher chair in the lounge. He has often had to use a dining chair because the sofas tend to be too low. Our son, his wife and 5 year old son spent most of the week with us and absolutely loved both the property, garden and the area - not least the short walk onto the headland to view the seals. Of course, we had unexpectedly good weather, again, which always helps.

“We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at this perfect bungalow.”

I'd never visited this part of the UK before and we were blessed with fine weather every day. We completed many long walks & after a days sightseeing what better way to relax than returning to this well equipped & comfortable holiday home,. The large rear garden also catches the late sun, so it was well used during our stay. You can tell the owner takes pride in this well appointed property. Just 5 minutes stroll from the door to Angel Bay we were treated to spotting a family of seals close to shore. Further afield there were plenty of unique places to visit, many which had been recommended to us by the owner. All in all we had a brilliant time & I thoroughly recommend staying here.

“We have had a wonderful week in this excellent bungalow.”

This is probably the cleanest accommodation we have ever had on holiday. As well as being spotless the property is very well equipped throughout, without being cluttered. Especially the kitchen which was perfect. Top marks, though, go to the adaptations for those with limited mobility. Rare to see it done this well. Thank you! “Bungalow was decorated to the highest standard with beautiful fixtures and fittings.”

Situated in the quietest of areas at the bottom of the Little Orme - access via steps literally a few minutes walk. Wetrooom appreciated as husband has limited mobility and separate toilet worked well as only one bathroom. Garden was delightful for that afternoon cuppa, weather permitting. Certainly a repeat holiday would be considered as so much to do in the region.

“We enjoyed our time at this lovely bungalow, and with safe parking on the drive, this was an added bonus!”

There's so much to see in the surrounding areas, too much to write about, but once you have arrived, it won't take you long to discover all the great places to visit, near and far, in all directions. You may need longer than a week though? We have been coming to Colwyn Bay/Rhos-on-Sea/Llandudno for many many years and still have places to see! Anne, the owner had put a few Christmas decorations up, also a Christmas tree complete with beautiful lights, which was great! Plenty of space, and a very well equipped kitchen. We didn't go into the garden, or sit in the little conservatory/summer room, but it all looked very nice, and I'm sure when we return in the summer, we will certainly spend time out there in the sunshine! Only one comment, but not a lot can be done really, and that is another toilet would have been a bonus. Three Senior Citizens and only one "Loo"! Ha ha, I'll say no more! The property

Little Orme Bungalow is a delightful detached modern bungalow situated in a quiet residential area of the costal town of Penrhyn Bay.

Close to Llandudno with a short walk to the beach, and within walking distance to Angel Bay, where a colony of grey seals can be seen throughout the year, this property is a great base for families and older couples looking for a quiet getaway.

Head through the front door to find the hallway to the bedrooms, communal lounge with plush sofas that has a smart TV, DVD player and electric fireplace, great for entertaining.

Across the hall is the kitchen with a breakfast bar with full appliances connected to a dining room with a large table for family meals.

Through the kitchen is a large summer room with chairs to relax after a busy day which leads out to the large garden.

Accessible via the hall, Little Orme Bungalow has three bedrooms, the master bedroom is a large, airy and bright room with a double bed, smart TV and has views of both the lovely garden and the Little Orme.

The second bedroom has a sliding door that leads out to the garden, great for sitting outside watching the sun go down over a glass of wine.

The third bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and dressing table, good for getting ready ahead of a day out exploring.

There is a wet room bathroom that has an electric shower that includes a shower chair and handles for accessibility.

There is also a separate WC, that includes a macerator toilet( Please do not put anything other than toilet roll down the toilet "this will block the toilet)and a handwash basin.

To the back of the property is a large garden comprising of a patio and lawn, accessible from the summer room and second bedroom, great for watching the sun go down after a day of adventuring.

The property is also a few minutes’ walk away from the Little Orme, a headland great for trekking up and watching over the Irish sea with a great view of the Llandudno Promenade.

The Penrhyn Bay area is a beautiful quaint coastal town that is a great base for seeing the rest of the stunning North Wales Coast, with the closest town being Llandudno, which has an array of attractions, including a grade II listed Victorian pier, dry ski slope and Great Orme toboggan.

In the area, you’ll also find many lovely café’s, pubs and restaurant as well as plenty shopping arcades and retail parks.

Make a trip to the impressive Conwy Castle, a 13th century fortress with scenic views and walls that embrace the whole town.

Visit the Welsh Mountain View Zoo, a conservation zoo housing rare animals, such as red pandas and snow leopards.

Johnny Dough’s brick clad restaurant serves rustic woodfired pizza, cocktails, beers and wines, why not treat your group to a meal out one evening?

Bodnant Garden’s National Trust comprises of an 80-acre collection of plants collected over a century ago and venturing further afield, a scenic drive will take you to from Penrhyn Bay to Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, an area of outstanding national beauty that contains mountains, lakes and nature trails.

Colwyn Bay 2.8 miles; Llandudno 3.1 miles; Deganwy 4 miles; Rhyl 12.9 miles.

The town of Penrhyn Bay is situated on the North Wales coast and offers a sandy beach, shops, a pub and two churches. Just three miles away is the town of Llandudno, which lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme. The town offers two superb beaches, one with a wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels, and the other a quieter sandy beach that’s backed by sand dunes and has superb views towards Anglesey. Angel Bay is also a great attraction, where seals return each year.
