The kitchen is a fantastic space with mood lighting, seaside surfer wall mural, pebble mosaic table and driftwood light.

Well equipped with a gas cooker and hob, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The comfy sitting room has a sofa and chair, modern wood burning stove with changing mood lighting, wall hung flat screen TV with Google Chromecast available to project video to the TV.

Juliet balcony doors offer wonderful views over Black Rock Sands and Harlech. There is a small utility room equipped with a washing machine and a freezer. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed, jacuzzi bath and ceiling hung TV with built in DVD player.

The shower/steam room has a large drencher head, an additional flexible hand-held head, underfloor heating along with a built-in sound system and mood lighting.

The cloakroom has a loo and hand wash basin. You'll be within easy walking distance of shops, fantastic pubs, restaurants, beautiful beaches, a bus stop and a railway station.
