The property

Mor a Mynydd is a stunning semi-detached house located in the Gwynedd community of Trefor.

Mor a Mynydd, a family-friendly home for six, is located on the north coast of Wales, just a short drive from the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park.

Relax in front of the Smart TV while the woodburning stove crackles close in the sitting area.

The conservatory has its own TV, perfect for when the little ones want to escape to watch their own shows.

The fully-equipped kitchen/dining area, which includes a dishwasher, is ready for six people to tuck in to a delicious supper.

You'll find a washer and dryer in the kitchen's utility area, as well as a ground-floor shower for freshening up at the end of the day.

After making your way to the top floor, you'll find three spacious bedrooms: two doubles and a twin.

In the morning rinse off with a shower or a soak in the tub to revive tired eyes before enjoying a cup of coffee in the enclosed garden while the kids play on the climbing structure.

The village's convenience store, which is packed with last-minute necessities, is located in the village's mountain setting.

Venture down to the beach which rests on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, here you can soak up the harbour views with a stroll along the breakwater pier or beachcombe the sheltered sandy beach, keen walkers can also join the Wales Coastal Path from here, which offers some of the best views and scenery in the area.

Check out Tre'r Ceiri, an Iron Age hill fort that offers stunning vistas from its perch on Yr Eifl.

If you're looking for a quiet getaway with a two-mile sandy beach, the Llyn Maritime Museum, and an award-winning golf club, then Nefyn is the place for you.

See Abersoch, Pwhelli, and Cricceth, where you can eat fresh seafood or take part in a variety of watersports and fishing, or head into the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, where you can climb Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) Peak, zip line through the caves, or visit the World Heritage Site of Dinorwic Quarry.

The small village of Trefor is surrounded by sea and mountains, overlooking Caernarfon Bay, and enjoys a harbour with stone breakwater pier and sheltered sandy beach that the Wales Coastal Path runs past, or the more adventurous can enjoy a regular surf outside the breakwater.
