“Lovely house and garden, shame the awful weather prevented us from making use of it.”

My daughter always cleans up after her little dog, so was surprised to see next doors dog in the garden on two occasions so cannot help wondering who clears up after that! Some smaller mugs and glasses would have been nice. Awful smell from the boiler one morning so contacted the relevant people,no ring back so rang again to be told it was known about and was being serviced in 2 months hardly helpful for us. Awful smell from the boiler one morning so contacted the relevant people,no ring back so rang again to be told it was known about and was being serviced in 2 months hardly helpful for us. We have a friend who had a similar issue with their boiler and it subsequently caught fire, hence our concern.

We are glad you found the house and garden nice and sadly you that you didn't have the weather to enjoy it fully. Thank you for your feedback about the mugs and glasses, we will take this into consideration next time we restock. As the heating boiler is oil fuelled there can be a residual smell if the heating is on a lot. This is not uncommon and is resolved by ventilating the kitchen. This does not imply there is an issue with the boiler and I am sorry if this was the information you were given and that the agents did not respond to your first contact. The boiler is serviced annually for safety and there is a carbon monoxide monitor in the kitchen that will alarm if the levels become high. Thank you again for your feedback. Property Owner
