“There was an overwhelming smell of damp upon entering the property.”

Having a fairly young baby i was mortified when she was having floor play time to smell the rug in the living room. All the rooms where decorated to a nice standard but it does need a deep clean. I was shocked when we arrived to see that the log burner can not be used by guests when one of the advertising points was that you could have open fire. We had to fix the toilet flush when we arrived too but that was just one of them things. The owners really need to sort the damp and black ...

I was shocked when we arrived to see that the log burner can not be used by guests when one of the advertising points was that you could have open fire. We had to fix the toilet flush when we arrived too but that was just one of them things. The owners really need to sort the damp and black mould out and make sure the property is fully cleaned and it would have had a 5 star rating.
