The property

Orchard Cottage is an appealing conversion of an old barn situated on a quiet lane in the peaceful little hamlet of Penrhos, nestling on the spectacular Llyn Peninsula.

Less than two miles from the popular seaside resort of Pwllheli with its impressive marina and two glorious beaches and just five miles in the other direction takes you to the bustling and vibrant harbour town of Abersoch.

There are numerous beaches just a short drive away.

Llanbedrog, which is one of our favourites, is a must, with its colourful beach huts and great coastal cliff walks.

Llanbedrog is also home to Oriel Plas Glyn y Weddw, an arts and heritage centre that in addition to the gallery, has an outdoor theatre, lovely woodland walks in the grounds and a cafe. Orchard Cottage ticks so many boxes and with underfloor heating, enclosed courtyard and the lovely addition of a hot tub all combine to make it a lovely holiday home.

It is also ideal for those who do not like stairs having two of the bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor.
