“The house is very nice, well epuipped, comfortable and clean.”

The location of the house is ideal for discovering the region. We parked the car and entered by the back door. Unfortunately, we found a full dirt container on our terrace outside as we arrived, and a lot of smelly dirt was spread over the terrace floor. We had to go buy some plastic gloves to clean up the mess. This was not a pleasant first impression. It would also be handy if some information was displayed, for example when will the dirt container be emptied, what do we have to do with empty glass bottles? In spite of the minor negatives, we were very peased with our accomodation.

Hello there, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the outside bins. Unfortunately as the car park to the rear of the property was being resurfaced, the bin company were unable to empty it that week. I do apologise if this had a negative impact on your stay. I do usually send out a digital guide to guests however when the property is booked via a third party with Sykes, I am not given access to your contact details. It's a bit of a flaw in the system which could be improved for both owners and guests. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, and appreciate your feedback. Best regards, Lauren Property Owner

About the location

LLANRWST

Betws-y-Coed 4 miles; Conwy 10 miles.

Llanrwst is a thriving market town which stands in the beautiful Conwy Valley, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales's most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. Most famous of all are the magnificent Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. The village has shops, pubs, places to eat, miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Woodland High Rope Activity Centre, and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, as well as being the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the lovely towns of Llandudno and Conwy.
