Blue Bay Villa is in the perfect location to enjoy everything Treaddur Bay and Anglessy has to offer. The detached house has been completely renovated in 2024 to a very high and modern standard.

It is perfect for families with children, grandparents , two families or a group of friends. Blue Bay Villa is dog friendly too, and only a few minutes stroll to the blue flag beach in Treaddur Bay. The property boasts 6 bedrooms, one ground floor double bedroom with an en suite shower room, 2 ground floor double bedrooms, and a ground floor bunk room.

To complement the bedrooms are two bathrooms also on the ground floor, both with a bath and walk in shower, to recharge after a busy day on the beach. On the first floor are two further bedrooms, a twin and a double and a stunning bathroom, with a free standing bath, and large double walk in shower complemented with his and her sinks, the ultimate in luxury. During the day, you can spend your time enjoying the outside space that Blue Bay Villa has to offer.

A large decking area, with an oak pergola, houses the hot tub, and the large gas bbq.

With outside seating the area is perfect for a get together in the evening, or simply to relax during the day.

The garden is enclosed, perfect for children and dogs. If you prefer to be inside, then Blue Bay Villa has plenty of relaxing space to offer.

The comfy sofas are great for watching a movie on the 65" smart tv in the evening, full sky package and sky sports is included, while the modern kitchen and island has every appliance you need to prepare a meal for your whole party, enjoying it sat at the island, outside in the garden, or sat together at the large dining table.

Blue Bay Villa really is the perfect house for a get together. After a long day on the beach, come home, shower, put the wet wet suites in the utility room, and enjoy the space this amazing house has to offer. There is an EV charging point ( the owner will invoice you for payment after your stay) and the large drive will accommodate 4- 5 cars. Treaddur Bay is a beautiful area to explore, a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches, a great base to explore what Anglesey has to offer.

TREARDDUR BAY

Holyhead 2 miles.

Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
