The property

Col Alto sits on the border of Abersoch and enjoys stunning coastal views.

In the quiet Llwyn Onn estate, this spacious home sleeps up to 11 people and has plenty of off-road parking.

Climb the outer steps to the front patio upon arrival and relax on the outdoor seats while taking in views of the distant St Tudwals islands and the surrounding sea.

Plush couches and fluffy cushions await you in this property's open-plan living area, where you can watch a favourite show on the flatscreen TV or simply spend quality time with your family and gaze out of the dual-aspect windows at the breath-taking views.

In addition to granite-style worktops and wood cabinetry, the corner kitchen features a breakfast bar with seating for five people and a large American-style refrigerator/freezer.

The multi-level garden is a lovely location where you can dine in style while also containing a BBQ and steps up to an elevated terrace, so you can enjoy a meal together when it's ready.

There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor, one with sea views and a lot of storage, and the other with stylish decor and even more storage.

With a separate walk-in shower and bath, as well as double washbasins in the tiled bathroom, the ground floor is complete.

There are three more bedrooms on the first floor, including a lovely double with two wide skylight windows that flood the room with warm, natural light, as well as an en-suite shower room that has been renovated to a fantastic degree.

Continue up the stairwell and you'll come across a delightful mezzanine alcove with panoramic views where you can take in more entertainment.

Located immediately off the snug are the last two rooms, a double with wooden storage and a TV, and a magnificent triple room with a vaulted ceiling, wide windows, and colourful, green finishes; the room also has its own TV.

A second shower room rests nearby, which is tiled from floor to ceiling and features a walk-in shower with heated towel rack.

As a result of its convenient location, Col Alto is a great choice for anyone looking for restaurants, taverns, and stores of all kinds.

The Abersoch High Street is a great place to start your explorations.

Abersoch is also an excellent place to relax on the beach, thanks to its proximity to a historic yacht club, a sailing school, and surfboard rentals.

Activities for the whole family may be found in the nearby area, including walks around and around the Llin Peninsula, golf courses, and three beaches within a short distance.

You can continue on to Uwchmynydd via the scenic towns of Rhiw and Aberdaron and the Mynydd birding region and Arfordir Treftaeth Penrhyn Llin nature reserve from there.

Llanbedrog and Pwllheli are great places to spend some time, as is Snowdonia National Park, which is located on the mainland.

Col Alto is a wonderful choice for a vacation on the Welsh coast.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
