“Had a fantastic week in a lovely house in a very convenient location.”

Worked well for two sets of Grandparents with two Grandchildren apiece. Aged 2, 3, 4 & 5. The house was well equipped for us and more than met our needs.

Hafan Bach is a reverse-level residence with open-plan living that is family-friendly or perfect for a party of eight people.

You'll be delighted to discover two sought-after off-road parking places, as well as the calm surroundings of the wonderful residence upon arrival.

Two of the four wonderful bedrooms, including a double and twin, are located on the ground floor; both bedrooms have access to a shower room with a heated towel rail and curved walk-in shower, as well as a utility space with a tumble dryer.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor, with the first being a twin room with a skylight that spills natural light onto the crisp, grey décor, as well as a double room with nautical touches that is also brightened by a skylight; both rooms have TVs for late-night entertainment and share access to a walk-in wardrobe and a shower room with a power shower.

In the morning, go to the first floor to find an inviting open-plan living space with gorgeous blue tones throughout and everything you need at your fingertips; the sitting area has a large corner sofa for you and your family to relax on while watching TV.

The space contains a magnificent corner kitchen as well as a superb range of gadgets for cooking delicious meals, including a fitted dishwasher and washing machine.

Lunch can be enjoyed at the neighbouring dining table or on the balcony while soaking up the sea breeze; the balcony also features a barbeque for additional cooking possibilities at the barbecue in the warmer evenings.

The home is completed by a rear yard with gorgeous landscaping, a storage shed, and adequate seating for you to rest and sunbathe.

In the evening, head into Abersoch for a delectable dinner at one of the many eateries available, including the fabulous Potted Lobster restaurant, then head to the beaches for a sunset paddle.

During the day, take advantage of the surfing and sailing facilities available through the village's rentals and sailing schools, or play a round of golf on the beachfront course.

Travel over the LlÅ·n Peninsula to Hells Mouth Beach, stopping in Llanengan along the route for a stroll and exploration of the Llanengan Hillfort and Lead Mine Chimney, or a pint at The Sun Inn.

Continue down the coast towards Aberdaron, pausing at the lovely mediaeval home of Plas yn Rhiw along the route, before visiting the Porth Simdde national reserve at Aberdaron and taking in the spectacular views from Arfordir Treftadaeth Penrhyn Llyn in the neighbouring Uwchmynydd.

The communities of Llanbedrog and Pwlhelli are easily accessible by car or on foot along the LlÅ·n Coastal Trail; after thoroughly exploring the path, the group's excursionists will appreciate travelling to the mainland to visit the stunning Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park.

Choose Hafan Bach for a memorable beach getaway with a plethora of magnificent things to see and waterfront activities to partake in.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
