Fantastic location, beach reached within a few minutes which was brill with the dogs! Coastal path literally on the doorstep. Property modern and spotlessly clean. Thank you for a great week. Ann

The property

A fabulous newly built holiday home resting in the charming village of Morfa Nefyn, this beautiful dwelling offers a luxury base on the Llyn Peninsula in Wales.

This impressive house has been thoughtfully designed to suite a large group or family, with facilities for guests who are also less mobile.

Faraway can provide all you need for an indulgent stay in Wales, with easy access to the beach and the coast providing a wealth of walking and cycling opportunities.

Hang up your coats and place your shoes in the long wood-pannelled hallway, head past the cloakroom and find the stylish open-plan living room to be the heart of the home.

An impressive Rayburn range cooker with a large gas hob can assist you in cooking up a feast for the group, admire the pretty chandelier hanging above the kitchen island, and enjoy the wealth of integrated appliances neatly tucked behind the fresh, bright cupboards.

Bring everyone together around the long, grand dining table and relish the company of your loved ones as you enjoy some fabulous food, and in summer you can open up the bi-fold doors to let the warm breeze in.

On colder evenings, retreat to the seating area with a glass of wine and light the woodburning stove tucked in the corner to bring a homely warmth to the room.

Alight the fire pit outside for an idyllic way to end another exciting day, before returning to the outdoor seating in the morning to enjoy a fresh breakfast while your four-legged friends stretches their legs on the astro turf lawn.

Take a quiet moment to yourself in the separate sitting room where a Smart TV with Sky can provide entertainment as you sink into the L-shape sofa.

A beautifully-presented king-size bedroom rests on the ground floor, ideal for those less able as it also features an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and shower seat.

Two separate stairways lead to three bedrooms on the first floor, each as glamorous with simple, chic style and quality furnishings, made up of two king-size bedrooms, one with an additional z-bed, and a large family room containing four double beds, whilst all three benefit from an en-suite shower room and a walk-in wardrobe each.

Outside there are even two outdoor showers for you to make use of after a sandy day on the beach, with ample parking for several cars and even a boat, this is the perfect seaside retreat.

Delight in strolling down to the beach for some wonderful beach days on the long, sweeping and sheltered bay, settled behind the Nefyn headland.

Hop onto the Llyn Coastal Path to explore the neighbouring towns and villages, with Nefyn and Nefyn beach to the east and Porthdinllaen & Penllech Beach to the west.

Indulge in a round of golf on the scenic course at Nefyn & District Golf Club, boasting a 27-hole championship layout amidst spectacular coastal scenery, as well as a fabulous bar and restaurant on-site.

Venture further afield to the other beautiful towns & villages on the Llyn such as Abersoch, Pwllheli & Aberdaron and enjoy their beautiful beaches, shops and eateries.

Enjoy a day trip to the Snowdonia National Park for some stunning mountain scenery and an endless supply of walking and cycling routes to try out, with the town of Llanberis being home of the National Slate Museum, Llanberis Lake Railways and Dolbadarn Castle.

Make some incredible memories at Faraway with your loved ones.
