We usually stay somewhere else quite close by so we weren't sure what to expect and we really enjoyed it! What we loved: - Thank you for the beautiful cake, cookies and milk - a really lovely touch! - Location is fantastic both for the beach and the shop and it is really peaceful - Really cosy feel at night time - 2 bathrooms is great and lovely walk in shower in one - The kitchen is very well equipped - sharp knives, lovely pans, smart coffee machine and even had pasta bowls which was brilliant for us because we love a pasta bowl!! - Lots of storage space in the bedrooms - Uiltility room with extra fridge and the freezer / washing machine and dryer too - Enclosed private garden for our dog with a couple of nice chairs to use if sunny. - We felt 'at home' and comfortable very quickly - Felt secure due to the double doors at the front and all the keys to double lock the windows Couple of considerations - the front porch is tiny and unfortunately holds quite a musty/ nasty smell (probably due to storing shoes, wet coats etc) but it stays contained by closing the internal door. - Quite frustrating to have no control over the heating as this is controlled remotely. Perhaps less of a concern in July but in colder months it would be harder I think. - Hot water - needs to be boosted so sometimes you couldn't just wash up as you went (we didn't use the dishwasher as no dishwasher tabs left at all and not something we would use at home) - Maybe more than 1 food bag for recycling as we had used the one left for us in 2 days. - As mentioned, the kitchen was really great however only one 'normal' Wine glass in the vast array of glasses These are trivial matters and would in no way prevent us from returning because we loved it and didn't want to leave! It is great value for money for a genuinely wonderful location - 5 minute walk to the beach and also 5-10 mins through the country pathway to the coastal path. We will be back to 'Gorynys' ..Diolch!

Thank you for your very kind comments .. I note the constructive suggestions that you made and will try and incorporate them. The heating is by storage heaters which can obviously be turned off, but of course take 24 hours to warm up, but I hope to keep a steady background temperature. There are however 3 instant heaters available if there were a cold snap. I look forward to welcoming you again to Gorynys at some point . Glad you had a lovely time Property Owner
