“Would have given 5 stars but we had to call to sort out the heating and still didn't find it particularly warm in the living area as one heater didn't come on until 5pm.”

Generally loved the property and it was super clean with nice furnishings. A jug would be helpful in the kitchen, also your response to our enquiry about a cafetiere said there wasn't one and in fact there was! It would have saved us bringing our own.

Towering over three-floors and positioned a stone's throw away from the beach, Bodefi offers an idyllic base for your next group getaway to the seaside.

A gravel driveway greets you upon arrival to this lovely dwelling, leading you through a charming colouful doorway and into an open-plan living space, beautifully-appointed with a contemporary interior yet maintaining the property's traditional character with a classic bay window and a rustic woodburning stove, inviting you to put your feet up and enjoy a moment of peace in front of the television.

The designated chef will be delighted by the nautical blue kitchen that is tucked away at the rear of the property, housing all of the modern amenities necessary to cook up a storm, with the choice to serve your culinary delights at the dining table nestled in the heart of the sociable space, or to indulge in a spot of alfresco dining with a seat on the private patio, soaking in the fresh sea air as you toast a glass of fizz to a memorable holiday.

As the day draws to a close, climb the stairs and prepare for bed with a leisurely soak in the bath, or if you prefer, make use of the overhead shower to wash away the day before retiring to one of the three bedrooms, with a sumptuous double nestled under the intimate setting of the sloped ceiling on the second-floor, and a snug twin room alongside a further double resting on the first-floor.

Take a break from doing the cooking and take the short stroll into the heart of Nefyn where you can enjoy a delicious meal at Bombay Joes, or get better acquainted with your surroundings and indulge in a spot of fish and chips and a leisurely stroll atop the dramatic cliffs that decorate the coastline.

Enjoy a leisurely dip amongst the tranquil waters at Traeth Nefyn, or if you'd prefer to stay on land, discover the fascinating history on display at Amgueddfa Forwrol Llŷn Maritime Museum.

Within easy reach is the bustling seaside town of Abersoch, home to a marvellous stretch of beach decorated in colourful huts, where thrill-seekers can tackle the waves with a lesson in surfing or coasteering, or if that's not your thing, head into the centre of town to indulge in a spot of retail therapy at the many boutique stores that line the high-street.

Lace up your walking boots and venture further afield to Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, where avid outdoor adventurers can tackle the challenging climb to the summit of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), the highest mountain in Wales, or traverse the picturesque landscape via the fantastic selection of walking and cycling routes on offer.
