“Appreciated the welcome pack on arrival and although there was no garden for the dog we plan to return as we found the property more than adequate for our needs.”

The property

Discover Bodeinion in the bustling town of Nefyn, found amidst the beauty of the Llŷn Peninsula in Wales.

This characterful holiday accommodation has been designed to provide groups of friends and families an opportunity to explore this corner of Wales, which is within striking distance of the Snowdonia National Park, which plays host to a plethora of outdoor adventures.

After an action-packed afternoon, look forward to unwinding into your evening within the sitting room, where a woodburning stove offers a gentle warmth as you tune into the TV.

The striking feature wall also plays backdrop to a dining table, where you can all gather to enjoy some much-needed catch up time, whilst tucking into a family favourite dish.

The kitchen comes with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a self-catering experience, as well as the added benefit of a dishwasher to offer a helping hand for the duration of your stay.

Venture up the staircase to find your three sleeping spots, each one boasting a refreshing ambiance to wake up to each morning and served by a sleek shower room.

During balmy afternoons, head out onto the patio area, where table and chairs offer an opportunity for a spot of alfresco dining.

Immerse yourself in your surroundings by taking a walk through the town, where you will be delighted to find a handy shop and pub, as well as a graceful crescent of sand leading to picturesque Porthdinllaen, a small coastal village.

Soak up the scenery further by walking along the coastal path, or if you are feeling brave, try a round of golf at Nefyn’s famous and fearsome headland golf course.

Alternatively, families can venture a short distance to Pwllheli, where you will find a larger selection of amenities, including award-winning fish and chips, traditional Welsh ice-cream parlours and independent shops and traditional pubs.

Pwllheli's beaches have been awarded the prestigious European Blue Flag Award, making great spots for families to enjoy a traditional day out by the seaside.

Other days can be spent exploring the plethora of secluded coves, stunning beaches and beautiful castles upon the peninsula, as well as other towns and villages, including Abersoch, Aberdaron and the charming seaside village of Llanbedrog.

Travel slightly further afield to find the majestic National Park and the coastal towns of Porthmadog and Portmeirion are well-worth a visit.

Look forward to enjoying this part of Wales and a delightful stay at Bodeinion.
