    “Mixed feelings!”

I would like to start by saying how much we enjoyed the garden and hot tub. Regarding the house itself it's looking very tired! With everything going on with Covid I'd presume the house would have been cleaned to a high standard..I found rubbish in a bedside cabinet and an empty can of cider behind the bin in the kitchen! The towel holder came away from the wall in the bathroom too. It rained heavily on one night and the porch leaked terribly soaking 3 pairs of shoes! The sofas in the living ...

The sofas in the living room were not very comfortable and need replacing. I counted 15 light bulbs that needed replacing including the outside light to the garden which was a health and safety issue regarding the hot tub! No recycling box at all for the property which was very disappointing when we saw the recycling lorry park outside the house! The house is in a great position for exploring the Lleyn Peninsula it's such a shame the inside let it down!
