4 Llyfni Terrace is a contemporary end-of-terrace cottage located in the village of Pontllyfni, near Penygroes in North Wales, offering accommodation for five guests, making it ideal for a small family or group wishing to explore North Wales and its coastline.

Entering into the property, you will find a sitting room, complete with cosy woodburning stove, ideal for relaxing beside at the end of a strenuous day exploring, you can enjoy relaxing on the sofa whilst flicking through the channels on the smart TV.

This room leads into a charming dining area, where you can enjoy home-cooked meals as you make plans for how to fill your days with adventure.

The black and white kitchen is contemporary and stylish, complete with all the necessary fixtures and fittings so you can cook up delicious meal after delicious meal.

Heading upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, ranging from a master king-size double, to a twin and a single, while the spacious family bathroom offers you plenty of choice, you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the stunning roll top bath or if you prefer a quick shower, use the separate shower cubicle, the choice is yours.

Outside is a generously sized garden with a hot tub, perfect for relaxing in the evenings after a full on day of getting to know your surroundings, while the lovely patio area is ideal for a spot of alfresco dining or simply enjoying the sunshine.

The cottage is right by the bank of the River Llyfni, so you can enjoy a peaceful afternoon stroll practically from your doorstep, while the town of Penygroes offers a small selection of shops, cafés and restaurants.

Further afield, you can reach the ever-popular towns of Caernarfon and Abersoch with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy, along with a host of stunning beaches at your disposal.

The Isle of Anglesey is a 25-minute drive from the cottage, and is home to a host of attractions, including spectacular beaches, Beaumaris Castle and the National Trust-owned Plas Newydd House and Gardens.

Llanberis 8 miles; Caernarfon 6.5 miles.

The lovely quiet village of Penygroes is situated around six miles from the historic castle town of Caernarfon, bordering the Snowdonia National Park with beautiful scenic walks and mountain views easily accessible. A good selection of shops, cafes and pubs are available in the village and the wider local area is full of restaurants and activities such as golfing, swimming, tennis, surfing and horse riding to name but a few. Plas Dinas Country House is also nearby, which is home to some great history as well as The Gun Room restaurant. The beaches on Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula can be reached in about half an hour, while the beach at Dinas Dinlle is just a 10-minute drive away. Nearby, Caernarfon is home to Caernarfon Castle, which is well worth a visit, with further shops and cafes available, as well as steam train trips. Portmeirion is also a short distance away, featured in the TV series ‘The Prisoner’. Just 8 miles away is the Welsh Heritage centre which has a licensed cafe at Nant Nwrtheyrn with magnificent sea views from it's decked dining area. Beddgelert is a very attractive village, surrounded by the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, with a fabulous arts and craft shop, and several pubs. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
