The property

Llwynimpia, a traditional single-storey cottage, is located in the quiet village of Mynytho in Gwynedd, close to the beautiful North Wales shore.

This cottage is ideal for a family, a couple, or a group of friends, with exposed stone walls and a woodburning fireplace adding character and a multilevel garden offering the ideal party space.

When you arrive, go into the sitting room, and relax with a cup of tea while watching TV.

When it's time to eat, prepare a home-cooked dinner using kitchen appliances before settling down to eat and toast to a wonderful holiday.

From here, you can use the utility room to clean your clothes and towels throughout your stay.

Retire to the bedrooms for the evening; the cottage contains a double room with a TV, great for lazy mornings, and a twin room, excellent for youngsters or friends sharing, both serviced by a convenient shower room.

Outside, you can fully appreciate the cottage's setting; sip a glass of wine on the elevated decking in the warmer evenings, or savour your morning coffee in the fresh air to start your day.

There are plenty of lovely eating spots and beaches to enjoy in the nearby towns and villages; why not visit Abersoch, noted for its spectacular surf scene?

Abersoch also has a number of walking and cycling pathways that run around the Llyn Peninsula, making it an ideal family day out.

Criccieth is a lovely Welsh coastal village with amazing views of the sea and the Eryri (Snowdonia) Mountains.

Visit the renowned tourist site, which features numerous sights including as Castell Criccieth, Traeth y Greigddu, and the Amgueddfa Lloyd George Museum.

There are also many restaurants and bars, such as Dylan's Criccieth, as well as takeaways like Castle Fish and Chip Shop.

Llwynimpia is an excellent choice for a family break in North Wales.

ABERSOCH

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
