So sorry Amanda that you experienced several issues on your holiday that you felt you needed to report.  We can only apologies and say feedback from guests, both good and critical, is important to us so we can continue to improve the accommodation that we offer. The drains are checked regularly but unfortunately there was an issue with them in the adjacent caravan park which was rectified as soon as we were made aware of it. We give guests the option to bring their own bedding and towels or pay extra so  that the baseline price for your holiday is kept to a minimum and is extremely good value for the Abersoch area. Regular guests have welcomed this option. We have continued to keep written information packs online post COVID and will be updating and relaunching a hard copy in each apartment shortly which will include updated information about the site. I apologies that the barn with a badminton net and table tennis table did not meet your expectations Thank-you for reporting about the mold as it hadn't been spotted by previous guests or cleaners. This will be rectified immediately Janet Bolton   Property Owner

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.

Note: The parking is communal and there is a communal laundry room on site. Note: Towels are Not provided
