The property

Warren Farmhouse can be found in a remote area not far from the ancient city of Caernarfon.

Inside, you can take in breathtaking views of the sea and the Snowdonia mountain range, creating a tranquil atmosphere.

Going outside at night, you'll find almost no light pollution other than the towns of Snowdonia, which shine brightly in the moonlight.

In the dark sky region of Snowdonia, this makes for excellent stargazing.

However, if that isn't enough, the beach is only a ten-minute stroll away.

The kitchen has all the essentials, including an electric stovetop, double oven, two dishwashers, larder fridge, freezer, and microwave.

A miniature table perfect for morning coffee is also provided.

The dining area can be found off the main hall and features a beautiful farmhouse table, Welsh dresser, and an open fireplace.

The living room is equipped with a TV and an open fireplace, making it ideal for those cold winter nights.

The game room features a ping pong table, flat-screen TV, and DVD player in addition to a Wendy house.

In addition, there is a CD player, an iPod dock, and a number of playthings for the kids.

The garden room is gorgeous, with its pink and green decor creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

In the summer, you can enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking scenery by throwing open the doors to the intimate courtyard.

Drying space for wet gear is abundant in this large home.

All four of the rooms look out over the mountains or the ocean.

There are four total bedrooms at your disposal, two doubles with king-size beds (one with an attached bathroom) and two twins.

There are a total of three bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, toilet, sink, and heated towel rail.

Bathroom facilities including a shower, sink, and toilet.

A shower, sink, and toilet make up the wet room that serves as the suite's ensuite.

Utility room features a washer/dryer, separate sink, and enormous refrigerator/freezer in addition to a cloakroom with a toilet and washbasin.

To the west, you can ride all the way to Porthmadog, and beyond; to the east, you can ride all the way to Bangor, Bethesda, and beyond via Y Felinheli and Caernarfon; and the Lon Las Menai cycle track is conveniently located near the property.

Guests can enjoy wild swimming and paddle boarding at Dinas Dinlle's beach, which is steps away from the property.

During the summer months, this beach features separate large dog-friendly and dog-free zones.

Top-notch mountain walks and breathtaking panoramas can be found in the Snowdon, Rivals, Glyderau, and Carneddau mountain ranges.

It's understandable if you'd like to take a break from your time at the cosy Warren Farmhouse; there are plenty of options nearby.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £250.

About the location

DINAS DINLLE

Caernarfon 5 miles.

Dinas Dinlle is a superb coastal resort renowned for its family fun and watersports (mainly wind and kite surfing) on its long sandy Blue Flag beach. It has an Iron age hill fort and Roman ruins on a National Trust area just by the beach. The small Caernarfon Aerodrome is located at the far end of the beach and is great for pleasure flights or to visit the Airworld Aviation Museum for an afternoon. Dinas Dinlle is located near the quaint Welsh village of Llandwrog and Glynllifon Country Park, winner of a Green Flag award, described as one of Wales' best kept secrets. Glynllifon Park was once Lord Newborough's private garden and is today home to Grade I listed gardens and is a designated S.S.S.I. boasting Victorian follies, streams, fountains, wonderful tree trails, craft shops and The Glynllifon Mansion. Nearby is historic Caernarfon, a popular tourist spot with its magnificent 13th Century castle and well preserved town walls. There is also a station for the Welsh Highland Railway, which passes through dramatic scenery. Caernarfon offers a wide selection of shops and places to eat and a golf course, and is close to the lovely beaches of the Isle of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula as well as the mountains and rivers of the Snowdonia National Park.

Note: House is located next to a quiet local airport which has infrequent flights.
Note: Dogs should be kept on the lead while outside as there are sheep in surrounding fields.
Note: Female dogs only.
