Integrated washing machine, tumble dryer and Belfast sink, topped with granite work tops. SHOWER ROOM 1 walk in shower with tiled flooring, wc, floating wash basin, cabinet above with light, shaver socket , heated towel rail and marble walls. KITCHEN / DINING ROOM continuing with the travertine effect flooring from the utility, the kitchen features a free standing American style fridge/freezer, drink fridge, integrated dishwasher, twin split level oven with grill and a 5 ring gas hob.

There are granite work tops through-out,DAB radio, iPod docking station and Neff appliances for every recipe.

The dining area of the kitchen has a rectangle wooden table, accompanied by 6 comfortable leather chairs.

Stairs from the kitchen lead up to the snug room. SNUG above the kitchen is a mezzanine glass balcony which leads to a very cozy snug room (not full height ceiling), bean bags, entered by a wooden stairway below in the kitchen.

Suitable for children aged 12 and above only. LOUNGE Pen Y Sarn continues with a warm and homely feeling into the lounge, comfy leather sofas to relax after a hard day at the beach and double patio doors to open up the room on to the outside patio area.

The lounge also features a wall mounted electric fire, a wall mounted Freeview TV, childrens chairs and corner seating area, looking out on to the patio area. HALLWAY with a round wall mirror, fairy lights and doors off into: BEDROOM 1 master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wicker bedside tables, lamps, tall wooden mirror and has a built in wardrobe with shelving.

The window of the master bedroom over-looks the countryside from the front of the house. BEDROOM 2 twin room, furnished with a bedside table, lamp, wooden mirror, wardrobe with draws.

The twin room also has country views and a wall mounted Freeview TV with built in DVD. BEDROOM 3 bunk bed bedroom (full size beds) with a wooden unit, hanging rail and shelves, corner unit complete with TV above. SHOWER ROOM 2 is complete with a walk-in shower, wc, floating wash basin, tiled flooring, heated towel rail, wall cabinet with light above, shaver socket and marble walls.

Baby bath also provided. OUTSIDE AREA featuring a wooden octagonal Summer House which is equipped with bench seating, wooden table, electric sockets, lights.

A completely enclosed patio area, outside lights, sun loungers, round wooden table for outside dining, chairs and parasol.

ABERSOCH

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
