Situated towards the north-west of Anglesey, you are just a short drive from both Rhosneigr and Trearddur Bay both of which have wonderful sandy beaches and really good places to eat. This is a multi-seasonal house being great for summer family breaks as you're so close to the coast, as well as offering a welcome and warming bolt hole after crisp walks in the autumn and winter months.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is the focal point of this conversion. A well-equipped modern kitchen complete with electric oven, gas hob and extractor, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  The dining table with seating for 4.

There is a comfortable seating area with a wood burning stove, TV and DVD. 

Two ground floor bedrooms comprising of one double room and one room with a large bunk bed. 

Shower room is located on the ground floor with a corner shower cubicle, loo and wash basin.

To the front of the property is generous lawned area that is shared with Hilltop One.  Each cottage has their own garden seating.

Ample parking.

The cottage has access to a fresh and clean communal laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and airers available for use.   

Hilltop 2 can be opened into a fantastic large property by linking to Hilltop 1, to accommodate 10.     

The main road looks quite close to Hill Top but is in fact down a long drive and there is no direct access to it.
