Siop UchafAberffraw, Anglesey
This pretty stone holiday cottage on Anglesey has been beautifully refurbished, yet retains its charm and character - we love the traditional stone fireplace in the lounge! The enclosed garden is perfect for letting children play safely outside in the fresh Welsh air if you fancy a quiet day in the holiday cottage. You could rest up with a cuppa or glass of wine, soaking up the sunshine! For colder days there is a sun room so you could sit and enjoy the garden views in comfort.
You could even enjoy a rare soak in the roll-top bath to recharge your batteries. Set in the quiet, rural village of Hermon this is a great, restful location from which to combine a relaxing holiday with exploring Anglesey, Snowdonia and the Llŷn Peninsula. Siop Uchaf is a charming holiday cottage and would make the perfect base for a brilliant Anglesey adventure!
‘‘This sweet little cottage in sleepy Hermon has stunning views of the Anglesey countryside and is perfectly located for days out exploring North Wales!’’
With Malltraeth and Aberffraw, and their lovely coastal walks, not far away there's plenty of opportunity for walking close by to the cottage. The gorgeous long sandy beaches of Newborough and its forest are also only a short drive and well worth exploring during your stay! A little further up the coast you will reach the fantastic seaside villages of Rhosneigr and Trearddur Bay, full of cafes and restaurants to try.
