The property

Fron Fawr is a lovely, spacious holiday cottage, nestled on the hillside above the town of Nefyn, on the Llyn Peninsula, it enjoys stunning views with the sea in the distance, the perfect place to relax in the garden and enjoy the tranquil surrounding countryside while still being within walking distance to the pubs and shops of Nefyn.

Feel welcomed the moment you step into the house and find yourself in the open-planned living space, the comfortable sofas around the large wood burning stove set into the stone inglenook foretell of cosy evenings ahead keeping the nominated cook company.The conviviality of the country style kitchen, which has everything you need for the perfect home cooked meal, is aided by the traditional, farmhouse wooden table which seats six comfortably.

Make you way through to the intimate and warm snug, in here there are two more sofas around a second smaller log burner, this cosy spot is home to all you need to entertain you or the children in the evening with a freeview TV and DVD player or have breakfast in the large conservatory, which allows you the most magnificent views of the sea and make your plans for the day, here is a round table which also seats six, allowing you to enjoy the evening sun while lingering over dinner, the sofa and electric reclining chair encourage you to relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your home away from home.

The utility room has a washer and dryer and offers hanging space to store outdoor gear.

There’s a separate cloakroom with a toilet, hand-wash basin and shower, too. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms, each of which has lovely countryside views with the bay in the distance.

The master bedroom is tastefully but warmly decorated, it has a double bed and lovely chest of drawers to pack your belongings away, the room is enhanced by an elegant en suite with electric shower, loo, wash hand basin.

The next double room with its fresh décor has a luxurious king-sized bed.

Finally, the twin bedroom, with two singles beds side by side, making it perfect for those long midnight chats and reading under the covers with the lights out!The family bathroom is a spacious one with everything you need and benefits from a shower over the bath.

This traditional stone house has a large mature garden with a lawn which slopes gently downhill.

It offers ever changing views of Nefyn and the sea beyond, with sunshine throughout the day and far into the warm summer evenings making it a pleasure to sit out and soak up the tranquility of the area!

Whilst you’re in a quiet location, the proximity to Nefyn where the shops sell locally grown and sourced produce, you will also find one of the most spectacularly placed golf courses in the UK at Nefyn and District Golf Club, if you are not a golfer wander along with the Llŷn coastal path to enjoy the stunning vistas or why not visit the nearby Pen Llyn Lusitano Stud & Riding Centre?

A great way to explore the countryside and importantly, you’re also close to one of the finest beaches on the entire Llyn Peninsula!

Pwllheli 7 miles; Snowdonia 25 miles.

The pretty coastal town of Nefyn sits atop sweeping cliffs on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, and features a fine two mile stretch of sandy beach, popular with families. The town offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and is within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch. The coastline around this region is dotted with castles and coves, while fishing, sailing and water sports are all available. The Snowdonia National Park is 25 miles away, with its dramatic scenery and abundance of superb walks. With its proximity to such a wide range of destinations, Nefyn makes a superb base for a break.
