The property

This delightful end-of-terrace home, Bryn Tirion, is situated in a secluded setting in the little village of Penrhynside, a short walk from Llandudno.

The inside of this delightful property is elegant, with well chosen artwork and furniture.

Bryn Tirion is ideal for a family trip or an adventure with friends; this home-away-from-home has three bedrooms and is conveniently located near a number of attractions, including Conwy, Snowdonia, and the Conwy Valley.

When it's your turn to be chef, make your preparations atop the wooden countertop before you begin cooking in a contemporary white kitchen with a variety of appliances.

Serve up a tasty meal in the elegantly-refurbished dining room, with period elements like the original fireplace and quarry floor tiles enhancing the space; along with  views out to the gorgeous terrace garden beyond, which you can enjoy whilst tucking in.

Take your meals and beverages outside on sunny days and relax on the attractive wooden bench seating and table on the sun-trap upper patio.

On cooler evenings, retreat to the sitting area, where two welcoming sofas offer a seat in front of the Smart TV.

Discover two big and inviting bedrooms on the top floor, each with magnificent, original oak flooring that provides charm.

On this floor, there is a king-size bedroom with far-reaching views across the bay, as well as a double bedroom.

Another king-sized bed rests in the eaves of the second floor, with exposed timbers and sloping ceilings, making for a private spot to rest or have fun with the accompanying table football. This bedroom has a second TV which you can use to play the collection of DVDs, which is ideal for kids who wish to have some downtime.

Return to the first floor to the newly-tiled bathroom, which features a bath with a shower above it for a relaxing soak.

Visit one of Penrhyside's famed pubs for a pint of local ale or some traditional pub fare - The Penrhyn Arms has a weekly Curry Night and Wood Fired Pizza, both of which may be enjoyed on the premises or carried back to Bryn Tirion.

Alternatively, visit Penrhyn Bay Beach and have a drink at The Beach Café Bar, or travel to Glanwyddan and stop for a drink at The Queens Head, an award-winning gastropub with a wonderful beer garden.

Walking down the Wales Coast Path to Angel Bay, stand atop the cliff and stare down to the water's edge to see seals with their young.

Continue across the Little Orme to the promenade and Llandudno's vast bay.

Make your way across the Great Orme for a longer stroll, taking in the Llandudno seashore along the way, with its seaside curiosities, Punch and Judy, Victorian Pier, and, of course, the now-famous Llandudno Goats.

Conwy, a medieval town with the world-famous Conwy Castle and the Plas Mawr Elizabethan historic townhouse structure, is also close by.

Take a stroll down Conwy Quay, pose for a selfie next to the UK's Smallest House, try crabbing from the Quay Jetty, and have a drink at the Liverpool Arms while watching the world go by.

Pick up some seafood from Conwy Mussels next to the RNLI building to be enjoyed back at your delightful lodgings for supper, then have an ice cream from Parisella's Ice Cream Shop.

With the stunning and far reaching views from Bryn Tirion - Penrhynside, bring your loved ones to make unforgettable memories in North Wales.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
