“We found Sykes somewhat unfriendly and condescending in its email communication.”

However, Vanessa and Dafydd very friendly and accomadating. Their holiday let is perfect. Thanks

The property

Coed y Felin is a three-story townhouse on a peaceful, remote side street in Conwy, Snowdonia, just a quick walk from the centre of town.

One of the nicest aspects of Coed y Felin is that it is suitable for all ages of families!

On arrival, you will be greeted by two off-road parking spots, which will make moving your belongings into your home-away-from-home a breeze.

The open-plan living room, which has views of sections of Conwy Castle and the castle walls, is located on the first storey.

The kitchen is amply equipped for a self-catered stay, including an electric cooker, fridge with freezer and a handy dishwasher.

When it comes to keeping your holiday wardrobe fresh during your stay, a washing machine can be found in the understairs cupboard along with a washing line outside.

Return to the first floor and bring the wonderful supper prepared in the fantastic kitchen to the dining area, which looks out the patio doors to the lovely patio.

After that, relax in the sitting room, where sofas entice to relax in front of the Smart TV; why not put on a DVD for a movie night?

Choose one of the three well-presented bedrooms to retire to at the end of the day, the first of which is located on the ground floor and features a double bed, TV, small table football game, and access to a shower room with the added benefit of a towel radiator.

Continue upstairs to the second floor, where you'll discover one more double bedroom, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other Queen size bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Outside, there's a courtyard garden with a paved seating area where you can have your morning coffee while taking in views of Conwy castle; there's also a gravelled area with landscaping, which adds a charming touch to the area.

Conwy is a magnificent town with a lot to offer, such as fantastic places to dine and drink, local shops, walks along the seaside, and a lively, joyful atmosphere!

The Castle, Plas Mawr Elizabethan Townhouse, The Smallest House in Great Britain, and Crabbing on Conwy Quay are just a few of the local attractions.

You may also enjoy locally produced ice cream from Parisella's, as well as a variety of independent businesses selling local crafts, watersports, and golf courses; you'll never be bored!

A magnificent sandy beach is also just a short walk away, accessible via the quay and footpath leading to Conwy Marina at Morfa Beach.

Choose Coed y Felin for you next adventure in Conwy.

About the location

CONWY

Llandudno 5 miles; Betws-y-Coed 16 miles.

Conwy, a World Heritage Site, is without doubt world famous for its historical and architectural heritage, yet at the heart of the town lies a hub of bustling activity. Alongside its ancient festivals and fairs, musical recitals, galleries and historical attractions, there is an array of specialist shops, restaurants and hotels. Built for King Edward I between 1283 and 1287, Master James of St George's design, Conwy Castle remains one of the most outstanding achievements of medieval military architecture. The distinctive, elongated shape, with its two barbicans, eight massive towers and a great bow-shaped hall was perhaps determined by the narrow rocky outcrop on which the castle stands. The town is proud of its historic traditions and celebrates its past by retaining many of these in its annual festivals, events and fairs, including the Honey fair, Seed fair and Gwledd Conwy Feast in October, along with other musical events throughout the year. Conwy is the perfect base for exploring the dramatic Snowdonia National Park, walking unspoilt sandy beaches, or taking in the wonderful scenery on your doorstep. Also within reach are the Llechwedd Slate Caverns, which has the longest zip wire in Europe, and Surf Snowdonia is just six miles away.
