“Generally the flat was clean and well equipped with all the things we needed.”

The wi-fi was good but the mobile phone signal was non existent unless you used the phone via wi-fi. We found the sofas looked very nice but we’re not comfortable to sit on unless you lay on them. The wi-fi was good but the mobile phone signal was non existent unless you used the phone via wi-fi. We found the sofas looked very nice but we’re not comfortable to sit on unless you lay on them. However, we had one major criticism and that was the showers, they were absolute death traps for anyone who was older as the trays became like an ice rink as soon as they became wet. The worst of the two was the main bathroom shower where I fell over once. We finally found the anti slip mat in a drawer but this really wasn’t big enough to cover the whole tray. My wife felt that it may have been the cleaning solution that the cleaners used that was making them like this. Certainly this needs addressing before someone has a bad fall. Otherwise, everything was excellent and we enjoyed our rather truncated stay despite the weather.
