Tyddyn Sargent has 2 well stocked coarse fishing lakes. 
They suit both the novice and more experienced angler alike. The second lake has thousands of fish and therefore anyone with a maggot on a line with be assured of a catch making this lake particularly a favourite with families and beginners. Lake 2 in particular suits the angler if they use the pole or waggler method, and Lake 1 is great for feeder fishing.

Open all year 7.30am till dusk.

Yes, you can hire rods, reel, floats, landing nets and essential terminal tackle for £5.00 per day.

Species of fish: Ghost carp, common carp, mirror carp, carp bream, tench, perch, roach, rudd and gudgeon.

Type of Fishing: Coarse fly and bait fishing.

Fishermen must hold a current Environment Agency fishing license and use only a maximum of two rods.

Barbless hooks only.
All nets, mats and slings to be dipped & rinsed.
No keepnets or sacking of fish.
Rods must not be left unattended.
No children under 14 without an adult.
No night fishing.
No ground bait, except in a swimfeeder.
Boilies to a minimum.

No particles except hemp and sweetcorn.
Unhooking mats compulsory when carp are the intended quarry.
No litter. Please use the bins provided.
Anglers are requested to use the toilet facilities provided.
