Petes Eats, Llanberis, Snowdonia, North Wales

Petes Eats is a bright purple cafe on the highstreet in Llanberis. Most famous for its hearty ‘Extra large’ breakfasts, pint-sized tea mugs and chip baps. It is the ‘fuel station’ of all the keen walkers, cyclists and sports enthusiasts preparing to tackle Snowdon. The staff here welcome all visitors to join in on the bustling atmosphere!

All classic homemade meals are served at Pete's Eats. Lasagne, burgers, apple pie and sticky toffee pudding to name a few. But even better is the size of the portions. They are huge! The large menu boasts a variety of breakfasts, light lunches and evening meals throughout the day. Seeing a customer eating a full English breakfast at seven in the evening is not a rare sight here! Delicious toasties, soups, vegetarian options. The list goes on.

The cafe is spacious and bright, the walls are all adorned with photographs of people’s adventures in Llanberis, and there are large windows for watching the world go by on the high street. There is a selection of maps at the cafe for exploring the local area, ideal for burning off that piece of tiffin you just could not resist! Tasty snacks and milkshakes are available to keep the children happy, and caffeine in abundance to keep us ‘big kids’ happy! Petes Eats is the ‘go to’ place for a true flavour of Llanberis.
