I love my job! This little company has grown over the years, and we still offer the same hands-on 'service with a smile' to our owners and guests. I choose the cottages carefully which ensures that our visitors go away from North Wales with happy memories and want to come back!

Happiest when - Near the sea with good friends and a fire close by!
Favourite beach - It has to be one of the beaches near Rhosneigr, mainly because it's great for surfing and kitesurfing. Now if I had to choose my favourite one in the Rhosneigr area, I think it would have to be the main beach. Why? Because you can go out in the water during any condition. Plus, it's quicker to get to Mojos for a hot chocolate afterwards!
Favourite mountain - Simple - Tryfan! Everything about it, happy memories, jumping from Adam to Eve and the cold dip on the way down.
Happiest when: Waist deep in water with a fly-rod in hand.
Favourite view: It has to be sat on the wall outside the Anglesey pub in Caernarfon, watching the sun set. There aren't many places in the world that can have a sunset like that whilst watching the world go by.
If you were given a day off 10 minutes before leaving for work, what would you do? I would hop in the car and go to Llanbedrog, on the Lleyn - from there you can look down the whole coast of Wales!
Marian is the longest standing member of the team and looks after all of the owners' needs.
Favourite Walk - Through Newborough Forest and down to the beach but the best bit of all for me is walking back at dusk when the juvenile ravens are all settling down for the night - magical!
Favourite Restaurant - depends on my mood - buying fish and chips in my home town of MB and walking down to the Strait to watch life on the water

About me: After living away for a number of years in the Channel Islands, it's great to be back where I grew up and have the opportunity to live on a beautiful Island. I had an idyllic childhood growing up in this area and now with children of my own I am able to rediscover all the fantastic places and fun I had.
Happiest when: I wake up in the morning and see a beautiful sunrise over the mountains. I'm even happier if it's the school holidays and I get to spend time with the children paddleboarding on Llanberis Lake, crabbing on the Menai Straits or eating sandy fish and chips on the beach.
About me: having relocated to the mountains of Snowdonia after growing up in the suburbs of South East London, I am making the most of having such beautiful scenery on my doorstep.
Favourite walk: It's far too soon to commit to a favourite! I love it when the wind is stirring the clouds above Snowdon so that the sky is all moody and dramatic and if you're lucky a rainbow appears over Llyn Padarn.
Happiest when: watching live music and dancing the night away.
Simon is our Financial Controller
What makes me tick: as I am originally from the North East of England, I am an avid supporter of Middlesbrough Football Club. My other main interest is cars and, more specifically, track driving. Tracks I have driven include the Nurburgring in Germany and Oulton Park in Cheshire - not forgetting, of course, Wales' finest circuit - Trac Mon!
Favourite quote: "Seize the day - procrastination is the thief of time".
If you've got number queries, Beth's your girl!
As a native North Walian myself, I can often be found moseying along some of Anglesey’s magnificent beaches with my camera in search of the perfect sunset. My personal favourite: the sweeping sands of Llanddona.
Happiest when - Feasting with family and friends – and Merlot!
Would like to do more - Climbing. North Wales has some compelling heights, and having them on my doorstep is the perfect excuse.
About me - As I have only been here for 2 years, (having moved from Scotland) the majority of my weird and wonderful experiences are so far based in various far flung parts of the world and I am working on my Wales adventures! I am enjoying finding my way around and exploring all the hidden gems, trying hard not to get lost.
Happiest when - Walking my dog through Newborough forest, squirrel spotting and enjoying the trees.
Proudest moment - Getting my illustrations published in a children's book.
About me: IT guru and an expat, I am always mistaken for being all sorts of nationalities - most commonly Dutch! Originally from the Philippines and after being a 'non-citizen' we finally settled in Anglesey about 13 years ago and it was the best move we have ever done! Determined to know the area we went all around Anglesey in the summer of 2002. The first Welsh word I learned is 'Traeth' meaning beach as you can see these signs when you drive along the whole of the coastal road.
What colleagues say about me: Roni, what the 'h**l' are you talking about?
What I say about my colleagues: You should start to learn to read my mind!
Heading up the Marketing team; if you want to know about PPC, SEO or CPA, she's your girl.
My perfect weekend – visiting a historic monument (castles rate highly!) then relaxing in a pub that serves real ale & good food.
Favourite memory – BBC One’s Big Weekend, Bangor, 2009; sun, friends, Paolo Nuttini & an icy cold drink in my hand. Bliss!
Favourite scenery - Being a native South Walian I’m a little desensitised to beautiful beaches; it's the mountain landscapes that fill me with awe.
Sarah is one of our content creators, organises events and does so much inbetween!
Usually found….In the sea! Coming from land-locked Leicestershire, I still revel in the coastal elements of North Wales and am like a small child waiting for the water temperature to notch up in the Spring.
Favourite North Wales memory: At Porth Towyn beach on the Lleyn on a late summer evening - sitting on the beach, towels round our shoulders having just been for a swim, sun setting, children playing, supper cooking on the fire and then a pod of dolphins appeared out in the bay. My world was complete!
Favourite Activity: Well I am a bit of a sport fanatic. I play Cricket and Rugby locally (I really couldn’t have picked two more diverse sports to play!) However, with most sport there’s nothing like being part of a team, making friends and playing a game you love.
The most breath taking view: The view from the great wall of China is amazing, but I would have to stay local with my choice! The view from Holyhead Mountain (although its technically a hill) is special. You can see across the whole of Anglesey and the Llŷn, it’s an amazing view and every time I go up there it reminds me how lucky we are to live where we do.
3 Fun Facts: I once performed at the Millennium Dome, I have webbed feet, I love a good pub quiz!
About me - After spending my childhood holidaying here I have now swapped Manchester for Anglesey and I am thoroughly enjoying rediscovering North Wales! It is even more amazing to share it with my other half and our dog, Fred.
Happiest when - the sun is shining and we can get down to the beach with the dog after work for some fresh air and to soak up the spectacular views from all corners of the island.
Favourite view - would have to be as you clamber over the dunes by RAF Valley and see Cymyran beach. The sand stretches round the headland for what seems like miles and miles, and with Snowdonia as its backdrop it truly is breathtaking no matter how many times I see it.
Happiest when: Rockpooling with my children and our dog Lady on a sunny day at Traeth Bychan.
Favourite walk: I must have walked it a hundred times but I never tire of wending my way up through the woods in Trefriw all enclosed and walking past mossy covered rocks and lichen laden trees, to emerge into the most enormous expanse, as you click to the narrow path on the steep slope on the side of the mountain and look at the most incredible view across the valley to looks towards Llyn Crafnant and Llyn Gerionydd. You arrive at the incredibly scenic Llyn Gerionydd to eat your picnic, skim stones and paddle. I'll walk it until my dying days!
With a lifetime in hospitality and a new-found love of North Wales, Millie looks after events and wedding planning for Menai Holiday Cottages.
Happiest when: on the beach with my pooches, Squid and Oyster.
Favourite quote: "Life won't wait for you. Explore, dream and discover."
Happiest when: with friends or family up a mountain, on a bike or on the water. It's just a question of what to do first - where else could you find yourself above the clouds at 3000ft in the morning and surfing in the afternoon?
Favourite mountains: Carneddau - Snowdonia's hidden gem; a true wilderness and a place to get aware from the crowds on even the busiest day. Just be sure to pack a map and compass!
Favourite beach: Porth Ryffudd, near South Stack, Anglesey. Maybe I'm biased as I lived on the cliffs above but smuggler's coves just don't get better than this...
I'm happiest when - Spending time with my family and walking my dog....oh and baking!
My favourite beach - Has to be Traeth yr Ora near Lligwy. It's a bit of a trek to get down there but it's worth it. We used to go there as children with a picnic and spend the whole day there. 'Golden' sand as its name suggests and so very peaceful.....so don't tell everyone about it!
My favourite place to eat - has to be Ann's Pantry in Moelfre. Laura has a great selection of homemade cakes everyday and some lovely gifts to take home, including some gorgeous scarves...well a girl can't have too many scarves can she??!!!
Happiest When: At home with family and friends having a BBQ.
Favourite Beaches: Would have to be Criccieth as I've spent so many years as a child jumping off the pier during high tide, fishing in the rock pools and walking around the castle (only during very low tides is this possible). I also love the dog friendly beach at Llanbedrog with it's colourful beach huts, golden sand and shallow waters.
Most breathtaking view: Is from Criccieth Castle overlooking Tremadog Bay and over to Harlech on one side and Cardigan Bay on the other.
Happiest when - I am at home on my farm with my 2 beautiful daughters, my 2 lovely ponies and my Norfolk terrier called TIGI especially in the summer with good friends and good wine!
Favourite beach – Porth Iago near Whistling sands, Aberdaron, I have been going to this beach since I was a little girl with my best friend Jane who now lives in America
Favourite Church – St Beuno’s 12th Century church on the cliff top at Pistyll, a family favourite is the carol service on Christmas Eve
Favourite pub - Ty Coch the famous pub on the beach in Morfa Nefyn particularly in the summer.
Happiest when: out walking with friends, family and puppy Archie on a sunny day on one of North Wales' many beautiful beaches.
Favourite beach: There are so many wonderful beaches, especially Rhosneigr and Aberffraw, but Newborough Beach has to be my ultimate favourite with its vast expanse of sand and views across to Snowdonia and the Lleyn Peninsula.
Favourite food: Fresh locally caught seafood. Luckily for me, North Wales has so many eateries that use our local seafood in new and exciting ways!
Happiest when: Taking our very overgrown Puppy for a walk and watching him run at top speed just for fun while he sniffs all the new scents as we explore new places on the island.
Favourite beach: I can’t choose just one; Aberffraw beach and Newborough for different reasons, Aberffraw is a little bit of a walk to get to but once you arrive you feel like the beach is just for you (even with 100 other people there) it’s just got a cosy relaxed feel. Newborough is just stunning even on a windy day! You can walk for miles and take in the crashing waves on one side and the forest on the other.
Happiest When - Walking in the woods with my family and our dogs, engaged in pine cone battles and hide and seek.
Best Beach Day - on Aberfraw to celebrate my youngest's 11th birthday. All he wanted was to spend the day on the beach! Football, tennis, cricket, body boarding, swimming we did it all! Fuelled by sandy sandwiches and warm juice. Boys smell best after sun and sea when showered and slightly sleepy.
Best View - Along the Menai Straits towards Bangor Pier at about 6 o'clock on a summer's morning as the sun is rising over the headland.
Happiest when - when walking with my husband spotting the local wildlife, a basket in my hand so I can forage for mushrooms, nuts and fruit in the hedgerows and woods, or when fishing for prawns, mackerel and sea bass and cooking them on the beach.
Favourite beach - would have to be Llanddwyn, it is my local beach and is so long you are always guaranteed some space to yourself. My feet tend to lead me down to its waters on the warm summer evenings and to the shelter of the woods there in the winter.
Favourite view - has to be of the fields and woods around Llangaffo especially when walking through the early morning mists of autumn.
Happy days: Inspired by the scenery (and weather permitting) one of my favourite pass times is to pack a rucksack with picnic and paints and head off for the day up a mountain or coastal location and sit and paint.
Favourite beach: Living near Harlech, which arguably, has one of the finest beaches in the UK, I'm spoilt for a favourite spot. However, Llandanwg beach is a special place for me with Moelfre and the Rhinogs as a back drop and views across Tremadog Bay towards the Llyn Peninsula with its magical sunsets.
Pastime: Can be found enjoying a pint in my local pub in the picturesque village of Llanbedr.
Favourite beach: Cymyran Beach because it holds so many memories for me. From walking along it the first Christmas we moved here, to my daughters playing in the sea when they were young. My dogs love this beach too and I always struggle to get them back in the car, regardless of how long we've been there.
Happiest when: I'm spending time with my family and two gorgeous grandsons, out walking or catching up with family or friends over a meal with a glass of wine!
About me: I've lived in Criccieth my whole life, apart from 3 years away at uni in Cardiff. However, there's no place like North Wales, in my opinion! I enjoy the mountainous terrain and all the different quirky pubs on offer.
Happiest when: Playing football with friends, in the pub sipping on a pint of Guiness, in a kayak around the beaches of Criccieth or up one of Snowdonia's many mountains - preferably walking up Snowdon via the Rhyd Ddu path.
