Susan “Great location for the village shop and pub, as well as Llanbedrog Beach, Abersoch also in easy reach.”
The property was very comfortable, although the upstairs was an open plan kitchen and living room it still felt very cosy, and both bedrooms were large and comfortable. Ideal for a family with young children as a high chair, travel cot and stairgate were all provided. It was a great holiday, and a very special one for us as it was our first with our 18 month old daughter who was in her element running round on the nearby beaches!

Elaine “We had a lovely stay.”
Home from home. I loved the extra touches, a lovely welcome basket. Scented lined drawers. We would definitely love to stay again. It's a great location and you can walk through the shortcut to the Pub/restaurant, shop and beach.

Nice bright open plan aspect. Well equipped. Convenient location 2 mins from village centre
- Stephen, July 2023Fiona “Lovely cosy comfortable cottage.”
Perfect location in easy walking distance of the beach, pub, shop and the wonderful Plas Glyn y Weddw gallery with woodland walks up to the Tin Man on the cliff top. Also well equipped with games for the odd rainy day, which came in very handy!
- Fiona, April 2023Thank you Fiona for your lovely feedback. I always found the game’s excellent for my children too when they were younger and also for us on rainy days Property Owner
Alison “I really enjoyed my stay at Yates Cottage.”
This home is clearly very loved and it’s energy is beautiful. It’s spotlessly clean, cozy and has all the amenities you need for a lovely holiday. As well as it’s excellent proximity to a well stocked Spar, a chemist and of course the lovely beach. It was extremely quiet and relaxing during my stay and the cottage felt like it was giving me a huge hug! I will be back! Thank you. Ali x

Jayne “A beautiful clean house in a quiet location.”
The house is a short walk from a pub and shop. The lack of a proper dining table was a shortfall for us - a must in a property aimed at families.
- Jayne, August 2022Hi Jayne. Thank you for your lovely feedback. The table in the cottage will comfortably seat six adults. We decided to choose a foldaway one to maximise living space during the day. Property Owner
