    “We really liked the cottage, it has been renovated really well and felt very homely.”

    We weren’t sure whether the people next door were on holiday or live there but were very noisy until very late on the Saturday which meant we didn’t get much sleep. Location is great and the Stag pub gave us a lovely warm welcome with lots of dog lovers to chat to. We took our little dog with us as the cottage was described as dog friendly. I think ‘dogs welcome’ would be more accurate as there is no gate across the back yard to allow them to nip out and do their business, we had to ...

I think ‘dogs welcome’ would be more accurate as there is no gate across the back yard to allow them to nip out and do their business, we had to get up and dressed to let her out in the night as she had to be on the lead. The stairs are also very steep for puppies or old dogs. Other than that, locality to the beaches, shop and some nice cafes meant that we enjoyed our stay overall.
