“The property was amazing and beautifully furnished it had everything we needed.”

11 of us stayed and there was plenty of room for us all. The garden patio had beautifull furniture and again plenty for us all. The only problem was that there was a leak from one of the bathrooms which came pouring through the kitchen light all over our things on the island worktop. The ceiling had a water stain which looks like it may have happened before. We did report this and a workman was sent out but was unable to do a repair immediately. The only problem was that there was a leak from one of the bathrooms which came pouring through the kitchen light all over our things on the island worktop. The ceiling had a water stain which looks like it may have happened before. We did report this and a workman was sent out but was unable to do a repair immediately. We were asked not to use the shower in the bedroom above and as the main bathroom was next to that bedroom we didn't use that either in case it was part of the problem as they were so close together. The downstairs shower was freezing. This left only 2 showers between 11 of us to use. We also were asked not to use the main light in the kitchen due to the water having come through it.

Thanks for the feedback Irene, we are really pleased you loved the decor and garden area and we provided everything you needed. We really have tried to make Ysgol Fawr the perfect home from home. We are so sorry our builder was unable to fix the leak on the Sunday and had to come back the following morning, once the water had dried out, we tried our best to help there and then but unfortunately it wasn’t possible on this occasion. He has also checked the settings on the bootroom shower and this is now all in full working order. We have worked so hard on Ysgol Fawr and aim to offer the highest standards of accommodation but on the odd occasion things don’t work out we will do everything we can to rectify any issues. Thanks again for booking the school house! Property Owner
