The property

Moelfre 1 mile.

Resting on the remarkable grounds of the owner's home, in the quaint village of Llanallgo, is this striking holiday cottage with spectacular sea views, The Royal Charter Holiday Let.

Aptly named after the boat that sank off the nearby shore in the 1800s, Royal Charter Holiday Let offers a welcoming and homely setting for both family and friends alike looking to discover the delights of the Isle of Anglesey.

Access the property by travelling along a track road, passing through the picturesque livestock fields, leading you to a spacious driveway situated at the front of the towering holiday home, where you can park up with ease before stepping into the lovely dwelling.

Dust off your sandy toes as you enter into the open-plan kitchen/diner, beautifully-appointed with a traditional country-style décor, boasting rustic wooden features and homing all of the necessary amenities required to prepare a heart-warming meal to enjoy with your loved ones at the grand dining table that takes centre stage in the sociable space.

Climb the stairs to the first-floor where you'll find a snug sitting area, fit with two sumptuous sofas and flooded with natural light welcomed in through the patio doors, providing an inviting ambiance to settle in and watch a spot of television after a busy day exploring your surroundings.

Take the celebrations outdoors with a seat on the stylish decked area, where you can soak in the captivating views across the scenic countryside across to the stunning coastline in the distance as you indulge in a refreshing glass of wine.

Heading back indoors, prepare for bed with a leisurely soak amongst the bubbles in the contemporary family bathroom, or if you'd prefer, wash away the day with a rejuvenating rinse in the spacious walk-in shower.

When it comes to resting your head, you're spoilt for choice between a spacious double room, framing fabulous views across the surrounding greenery, a spacious twin room and a snug bunk room, all of which feature a neutral and calming interior, offering a variation of sleeping arrangements, perfect for larger groups.

If you don't fancy doing the cooking, head out the door and take the stroll to the nearby village of Moelfre, where you'll find a traditional country pub, The Kinmel Arms, serving delicious homecooked meals and boasting panoramic views of Moelfre Bay, as well as a small selection of quaint cafes where you can indulge in the seaside favourite of fish and chips.

History buffs will be delighted with the thrilling array of heritage to be discovered, including The Lligwy Cromlech, the ancient hut circle of Din Lligwy and Capel Lligwy, the ruins of a 12th-century chapel.

Pack up your bucket and spade and head to Red Wharf Bay, a marvellous beach decorated with beautiful golden sand overlooking the scenic waters of the bay, recognized as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, playing home to an abundance of wildlife, including the largest European wading bird, the curlew.

Venture further afield to the popular seaside town of Beaumaris and board the Seacoast Safari along the waters of the Menai Strait to Puffin Island, notable for its marine life, or if you'd prefer to stay on land, take the thrilling guided tour around Beaumaris Gaol, a former Victorian jail, where you can visit the condemned cell and experience the horror of the absolute darkness and solitude of the punishment cell.

After working up an appetite, there's a plethora of eateries to choose from, catering to all tastes, including local favourite, Happy Valley Pavilion.

To experience all of this and more, treat your loved ones to a stay at The Royal Charter Holiday Let
