“They were little things that should have been done before our arrival.”

    ...

No Welcome Pack, No Replacement (Toilet Rolls) . Television not working, had to contact the owners to sort this out. The sitting area at the back, very untidy the chairs dirty. The BARBACUE needed cleaning (disgusting) state. Empty Hand Wash, left in the Bathroom / Kitchen. Had it not been for one of the Agency Cleaning staff, still on site This holiday could have been spoilt from the start. When the owners of No 3 Sea View Cottage, came to see to the TV. Both my partner and myself made Mr &Mrs Corson aware of what had happened. They said they were going to speak with the Agency. On a positive side the property was very well presented, plus the view out of the front of the house . Picture Postcard After all that had happened we enjoyed our stay at the cottage.

We are pleased to hear you had a lovely stay and very much enjoyed the Picture postcard view! Due to early arrival without confirmation the cleaner didn't manage to fully complete the changeover, this however would of been completed by check in time of the property. We hope to see you re-visiting Sea View Cottage again. Owner relations
