“We loved the location and easy access to the beach by car.”

However, the house needs proper maintenance. When we stayed there a few nights, we were told the washing machine doesn’t work. However, the house needs proper maintenance. When we stayed there a few nights, we were told the washing machine doesn’t work. The host kindly suggested we go to a campsite for the laundry which we appreciated and we did it once but it wasn’t a convenient option the whole time we stayed in the house. There was also no hair dryer supplied. We’d have appreciated if these were communicated before the booking so we were prepared and we could’ve booked somewhere else. There was also a strange, unpleasant smell like mildew downstairs near the sink/sofa. The mattress in the bedroom was incredibly uncomfortable and old and gave us back pain. All in all, the place needs some maintenance and renovation for guests to have a comfortable holiday!
