French windows lead to the balcony which has spectacular views and is equipped with garden furniture. The rear hallway has a door opening to the garden with a footpath down to the water’s edge. A second cosy sitting room has two sofas and large, flat screen TV and DVD player, and lovely views out over the sea. The washing machine is house in a cupboard in the front hall. There is a ground floor twin bedroom and shower room with large shower cubicle, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
