Tyn Towyn - Ty Gwyrdd is an immaculate home perched in the popular seaside village of Trearddur Bay.

Resting on a development of holiday cottages set in lovely grounds with an abundance of wildlife, this property is a short walk to a sandy beach!

So much planning and care has gone into Tyn Towyn - there is even a fountain at the centre of the peaceful courtyard, making this a lovely place to sit and relax.

Each cottage is individual with carefully chosen art, great living spaces, and gleaming bathrooms.

A perfect retreat central for Trearddur Bay." The open plan living has a lovely feel to the cottage with comfy sofas, 40” flat screen TV and a lovely dining area. The kitchen and breakfast bar is very well equipped including a dishwasher to make life easier at the end of a day! Upstairs are three bedrooms.

One single room and two double rooms.

Each floor has a bathroom with shower, loo and wash hand basin.

The grounds have an internet room, a lovely space to relax outside and ample parking close to the cottages. Each house is named in Welsh after the colour of its front door.

Ty Gwyrdd (‘Green House') is one of the largest properties, situated on the east side of the courtyard and enjoying views over fields towards the sea.

Trearddur Bay is located on the west coast of Anglesey, and is famous for its long hot summer days of relaxing on the beach and barbecuing in the sun.

But in winter, this area is North Wales' best kept secret - wrap up warm and explore the many walks, before returning to the comfy surroundings of a warm holiday cottage and a cup of hot chocolate.

Holyhead 2 miles.

Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
