Cleaning was not brilliant, dirty glasses, ( still had beer in them) kitchen utensils greasy. Fridge not clean, few cobwebs too. Asked Sykes (twice) for beds to be ziplocked . Sykes had not told the owner! Had to contact owner, she had it sorted same day, cafeteria was cracked, owner had it replaced. The house was comfortable, beds , sofas great. Loved the location, we all had a fabulous holiday with the grandkids & dogs.

We are extremely pleased that the owner was able to rectify this on that same day, also providing you with a replacement cafetiere.
