The property

Dolphin is a lovely detached three-storey house, settled in the beautiful seaside resort of Trearddur Bay, on the north west coast of Anglesey.

This family-friendly holiday home is found in a quiet cul-de-sac close to all your essentials needs, and the picturesque Blue Flag-awarded Trearddur Bay Beach.

The bright seaside dwelling opens up into a small hallway, fitted with a classic French dresser showcasing the first stairwell.

Have a big family movie night in the snug sitting room and pick from a selection of films for the Blu Ray DVD player to play on the flat screen TV, lounge on one of the three large sofas whilst the flame gas fire glows in the background, or pick out a book to read from the shelf on a lazy Sunday morning.

The sitting room has patio doors which open out onto the outdoor paved garden area, where you can spend a summers morning sitting peacefully with your first coffee of the day, breathing in the crisp Welsh air.

Rustle up a delicious meal in the fitted out kitchen/diner, equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay, including a dishwasher for the cleaning up.

The handy downstairs garage boasts a convenient washing machine and a freezer, there's also a cloakroom situated next door.

Make your way to the first floor and take your pick from one of three stunning bedrooms, including a twin, a double with a TV and the master bedroom, which features a generous king-size, TV and a glorious en-suite shower room with a lavish walk-in double shower, all with ample storage and a delightful coastal theme.

Clean off any unwanted sand from a day at the beach in the sleek family bathroom, where you can ease your stresses in a soothing bubble bath, or enjoy an early morning rinse in the large walk-in shower, there's even vanity lights in the mirror so you can do your make-up perfectly.

The second floor is a haven for the kids, as the stairwell takes you up to the sloped ceiling floor with a gorgeous bright skylight and plush chair, the floor features a generous twin bedroom and a kids' games room supplied with a TV, games and a desk in case you get a minute to yourself and want to catch-up on some work.

Dolphin is just a short walk away from an array of shops, restaurants, cafes, a golf club, and sandy beaches.

Visit the renowned South Stack Lighthouse, and observe the wonderful puffins on the nearby RSPB Reserve, or you can explore the secret rocky coves found along the coastline.

Walkers, cyclists and horse riders can venture along the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) which covers 95% of the coast through scenic farmlands, dunes, salt-marsh, woodland and cliffs.

Take a short drive over to the popular tourist attraction Anglesey is home to the enchanting Parys Mountain, spiraling around a vivid ancient copper mine and a stunning walk offering panoramic landscapes of this beautiful location, other Anglesey attractions include Beaumaris Castle, Anglesey Sea Zoo, Plas Newydd House and Gardens, and Newborough Forest.

Holyhead 2 miles.

Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
