Welcoming families or friends, this inviting house offers thoughtful touches, including an enclosed garden and space to park off the road.

On arrival, the property presents a pleasant first impression, with the sea air never far away.

Inside, the kitchen and dining area immediately draws you in, its wooden flooring and bright layout creating a natural hub for preparing meals and gathering together, especially when the garden doors are open and the breeze moves through the space.

The sitting room introduces soft carpeting underfoot and features a striking wooden mantle above a gas fire set within an exposed brick nook, encouraging you to unwind after time spent by the water.

Upstairs, three restful bedrooms offer comfortable places to settle, while the family bathroom provides both a bath for slow evenings and a walk‑in shower for energising starts, complemented by a basin, heated towel rail and WC, with an additional cloakroom downstairs for convenience.

The enclosed rear garden then presents a calm outdoor corner where you can enjoy fresh air, choosing to dine alfresco or light the barbecue as the day draws to a close.

A shop sits within easy reach, a friendly pub lies a little further on, and the beach can be reached in a relaxed stroll, making daily essentials and coastal moments conveniently accessible.

Further exploration reveals characterful destinations, with Llandudno offering a sweeping promenade, the Great Orme’s dramatic viewpoints and charming cafés; Conwy providing atmospheric castle walls, a lively harbour and independent shops to browse; and Eryri National Park showcasing mountain paths, mirror‑still lakes and quiet woodland trails.
