“Firstly, the caravan that I booked and paid for was cancelled by ukcaravans4hire with no mention of why.”

That said I got a full refund and booked elsewhere. The caravan that we booked was in Wales; we didn't know anything about Wales (having never been there before),but the site was small, friendly and clean. The reception check-in was a little hard to find and the website said that check-in was 3pm but it turned out to be 4pm. We were given the key no problem, but the owner of the caravan called to say that the bedding hadn't been changed (because of the mix up with arrival time) . It all got ...

It all got sorted pretty quickly. The site had no facilities as such - small on-site shop etc. We paid for the internet usage as we had no signal but it was very patchy and slow. The caravan didn't have any bins but recycling was very encouraged so it was lucky that we had brought multiple bin liners. Depending on what you are going for, the area could either be a blessing or a hindrance. It was too busy for us (the area, not the caravan park) but we found that just a few miles down the road was a much smaller, quieter place that suited what we were looking for. We visited Conwy Castle and made use of the amusements around us. All in all a lovely quiet site in a busy area.

Hi, thank you for your feedback we are glad you enjoyed your stay and found the site to be peaceful. We have took onboard your feedback as we have only just started renting our caravan out and have since provided a bin for the next guests arrival... Property Owner
