Showcasing far-reaching views across the countryside towards Harlech and the surrounding peaks, alongside exposed wooden beams, a hot tub, and a dedicated games room, this welcoming holiday home provides an excellent base for families and friends seeking to discover the beauty of North Wales.

Steeped in history, the property sits in the grounds of the former home of Lady Olwen Elizabeth Carey Evans DBE, a prominent Welsh humanitarian and daughter of former Prime Minister David Lloyd George, adding a fascinating historical connection to this special retreat.

Inside, the inviting sitting room offers a pleasant place to relax after days spent exploring the coast and mountains, while characterful timber beams add warmth and appeal throughout the property.

The well-equipped kitchen/diner has everything required for preparing family feasts, and the utility room adds an extra level of practicality.

Those looking for entertainment can head to the games room for a game of pool or darts, while the piano offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy a quieter moment indoors.

At the end of the day, retire to one of four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms.

The principal king-size room features a TV, an en-suite shower room, and delightful countryside views that provide a wonderful backdrop to each morning.

A family bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower serves the remaining rooms.

Outside, the non-enclosed garden makes the most of the property's enviable position amid the surrounding scenery.

Unwind in the bubbling hot tub as you take in panoramic views stretching towards Harlech and Eryri National Park, or settle into the garden furniture with a favourite drink as the sun dips below the horizon and the night sky begins to sparkle.
