No respect for others although it does mention in the book to please be considered others when closing doors
The 6am wake up by bin collection on different days and the noise levels from glass bottles collected from next door
Pub one side and bar other side always noise till stupid o’clock

It is not peaceful or quiet
The smell of bins in bedroom and dampness in the walls this is a smell u can’t change
I would not recommend and would not stay here again
It’s a shame the upkeep of the bin waste outside and the cleanliness of inside needs to be improved
Thank you for your further feedback. As outlined in our response to your previous comments, we are sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations.
The apartment is advertised as being in a central High Street location, close to pubs, bars, restaurants and other amenities. While many guests value being in the heart of the town, this does mean that some external street and commercial noise can occasionally be heard, which unfortunately is outside of our control.
The internal doors are fire doors and are required to close securely for safety reasons. This again is outside of our control, but of paramount importance. We nevertheless ask all guests to be considerate of others when entering and leaving the building.
We would also like to reassure future guests that there is no dampness. We take any suggestion of damp, odours or cleanliness concerns seriously and would always investigate these promptly.
As we explained during your stay, we repeatedly offered to attend the apartment and asked for our cleaning team to be authorised access so that the concerns you raised could be inspected and, where necessary, rectified. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to do so, despite our numerous offers.
We are sorry that the apartment was not suited to your requirements. We will, as always, continue to take guest feedback seriously and address anything within our control.
